Always helpful and friendly service from front desk to parking attendants. Can be crowded on weekends, especially when a big name act is performing. At those times, valet parking has taken 30 minutes to drop off and few choices for dinner reservations, so plan ahead to ensure a good time!

I can see why people would like this place but it's not for me. The location is nice, rooms are nice. I did like the shower. The room I was in had a nice view. The steakhouse was very tasty. All of the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Personally I'm not into spoon fed plastic fun zones like the Borgata. I also didn't like how far you are from the beach and other locations. If you are looking to drive to a place, park your car and drink, shop, eat and gamble under one roof this place is worth checking out.

I’ve visited Borgata casino in Atlantic City more than ten times. It’s a nice place to spend time and have fun playing the games.
It’s a very big place and there are lot of slot machines and machine games for Roulette, poker, black jack and much more. The best part is the machine games has minimum $3 games so with just a $20 you can spend good enough time playing these games. There are so many tables for roulette and other games.
Though I never won anything I like spending time here. Besides games there are lot of stores here including Starbucks and a few bakery stores. The restrooms are always maintained clean as their Staffs always keep working to keep it clean.
The parking costs $5 after all you lose inside you’ve to pay another $5 for your parking when you leave 😀 There is a huge parking building with 5 floors.response / report this review -

Had a great time at the Borgata. The penthouse suite was amazing, very comfortable with really nice furniture, beds, and accommodations. Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. The casio was amazing. Plenty of parking in their parking garage and easy to find the elevators to get to the floor level and check in to your room. All kinds of restaurant to eat at and places to use an ATM if you need. If you are ever in Atlantic City I definitely recommend stopping by the Borgata and staying a couple of days.

I'm not a fan of casinos but you can enjoy a stay at Borgata without having to think about their well-known casino. This Atlantic City resort is now my "little getaway." The rooms are clean and have a luxurious touch. There are entertaining shows, often several per night. My favorite so far is a burlesque show that featured true professional dancers with stunning costumes and glittering presentation. The restaurants have something for everyone. My favorite aspect of Borgata is the women's spa. There are incredible massages available. A spa pass here is one of Atlantic City's hidden bargains. The spa is a rewarding experience whether you go alone or take friends along. Once you are in the spa you find a peaceful place to relax. There are several baths each at a different temperature, a steam room, a sauna and lovely amenities of drinks and food offered. The baths are well maintained and the relaxing atmosphere, complete with warm robes and bath towels, lounge chairs and soft music, makes it easy to take a nap between soaking in the baths. After a hard week of work there is nothing like the wellness and deep relaxation of a spa, and for me, the Borgata Spa is the place to go.

By far the best hotel in Atlantic City. Staff is friendly and the choices for dinning are all 5 star. Our friends always want to meet here since we can socialize for an evening and all enjoy the atmosphere with the large selection of bars & restaurants. During the day the pools are clean and relaxing.

Stayed here visiting family. Nice casino! Numerous restaurant and gift shops. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bed, pulled, and linen made it hard to get out of the bed in the morning! Super cozy! Beautiful modern shower with separate toilet area. We went to the pool, but we were informed that it was closed for several hours because someone had vomited in it. Maybe she could have just said the chemicals were "off", I did not swim at all after that. The breakfast buffet had EVERYTHING you could possibly want, and it was all delicious. One word of warning there, the juice that appears to be grape juice is actually beet juice! Healthy, but when you take a big chug, expecting grape juice, and get beet juice..you really don't appreciate the health benefits!! I enjoyed my visit and highly recommend it!

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Great view, great shows, great drinks inside the hotel. Horrible experience with the momosa at the pool's bar [not speaking for all the drinks, just my experience that day.] It was very nasty. The buffet is worth the money and more, just fabulous.
I would recommend this hotel for business, personal and luxury. It has everything, so you don't have to travel far.
I love swimming so I did not enjoy the fact that the pools were all shallow but they were clean.
Overall I would visit again and encourage more people to visit.response / report this review -

My staff and I stayed at the Borgata in the end on June and it was a stressful team building experience. At arrival we were impressed by the overall look of the hotel, but at check in my stress started. I book 4 rooms over the phone months prior. I requested that all room are located on the same floor with early check-in (paid extra) and I informed the Borgata employee about our tax exempt status. I was ensured that the rooms would be on the same level and the taxes would be removed at arrival. After the conversation I felt assured. Oh boy I was wrong. At check-in I was informed all the rooms were on different floors, and our NY tax exempt is no good in NJ. I had to speak with 2 manager and waited 2 hours to get everything straighten out. The second manager did remove the early check in fee. On the way the my room I asked a housekeeper for an extra pillow case and sheet, but she told me she had none on her cart. I was puzzled. You're the housekeeper and you have no sheets or pillow cases.?! I'm finally in my room and called housekeeping. I was told they are not allow to give extra supplies out. I was flabbergasted. The gambling was just that, the food at Wolfgang Puck was yummy and the nightclub is not worth the $20 cover.

I have been a loyal Borgata customer since it opened in 2003. What I have always loved about this hotel was the outstanding customer service. It used to be a priority but it seems now that may not be the case any more. We were recently there to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday and were greatly disappointed with the service we experienced.
Firstly, the rooms and the hallways were not as clean as they normally are, there were several bottle caps left on the floor in my room and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Also, there was a bag of garbage left on our floor by the elevators for several hours, not to mention the numerous room service trays left lining the hallway. Finally, on the casino floor there was a broken glass that was not cleaned up for quite some time. It was there for over an hour, how did no one notice? I sincerely hope that this will not be the new normal now that MGM has acquired The Borgata. I will return to Borgata but hope that my next visit will be a more positive one.response / report this review -

This hotel is simply the best in Atlantic City.
An attraction that I'm drawn to is their Music Box - an intimate venue for acts like comedy and music. We saw a top comic there, and the atmosphere was outstanding.
There never a shortage of top flight entertainment, shops and restaurant fare.
Did you ever notice that the casinos that end up closing have hostesses that look like they should be cashiers in a supermarket. Not to be disparaging to supermarket cashiers, but the hostesses at the Borgata look so good, they could keep the casino open by themselves.
I've been a payer in AC since 1981. It's grown and shrunk and many say, "it will never be the same." But the Borgata is an oasis in a desert of what only commonplace.
If you go to AC, stay at the Borgata. You owe it to yourself.response / report this review -

Best casino, by far, in Atlantic City. Rooms are very nice. Generous offers for gamers, including comp rooms, comp dollars, slot dollars, bingo tournaments, slot tournaments. Excellent upscale and mid-priced restaurants, good food court with excellent organic salad place, pizza, Mexican, Chinese, puzza, cheese steaks & Ben and Jerry's. There is a nightly comedy club, frequent concerts by name comedians, music Great place!

Shared a room with a friend. The atmosphere is nice and clean. Went to their club which was a good time for a Monday but drinks were a little overpriced. Only real complaint about service is that a friend needed new bedsheets and when the front desk called, the response was "we don't do that here". When pressed further, they reluctantly asked for the name of the person who paid for the room, but no sheets ever got delivered. I'll remember that next time.

Borgata is one of the only places I'll stay in AC now. The rooms are well maintained, every so often they renovate the rooms to keep it updated. They know have indoor and outdoor pools for both sides of the hoyels. The service and dealers are always great. The dealers keep the games lively and moving. The one thing they could improve is the odor of smoke, which over time has become more noticeable. Ventilation and frigid temperature of the gaming floor makes it difficult to hang out in certain areas for too long.

Our room had a great view and was very comfortable. The shower had a good amount of pressure and heated up very quickly. Beds were soft and comfortable, though the rooms could have used more electric outlets. The casino is nice and has designated smoking sections. Plenty of food options, as well as the food market place with has really solid pizza and burgers. The exhibit hall and conference rooms are also very nice. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest and most extravagant I've ever used. Would highly recommend.
