Stayed in a ocean view room. Seemed and felt clean enough. Didn't stay in the rooms long, time was well spent on the tables. Amenities and towels are provided but toiletries were not. Front desk said we had to buy them from the gift shop.

Service is very good. They have a variety on dishes. It's also close as in walking distance to the boardwalk, or other eateries. Security helpful I think they notice every move you make. In short they're always alert. This is good.

It was a decent hotel, but in almost every bathroom through the whole building, the stall walls were literally pulling out of the wall, how can you charge so much but leave so many things unattended? There was a bathroom next to Dunkin Donuts and there was wallpaper peeling off the wall in the hallway to the bathrooms. You would think with the prices they charge they would at least take care of the building and do minor repairs. Beautiful area but not managed very well, the employees were extremely helpful whenever we had a question or just needed directions.

I had a great time out with my wife. The games were fun. Everything was very clean and the staff was nice. The meatball sub at Guy's was amazing too. A great experience. I'll be back.

My other half & I met some new friends at a glittering restaurant/bar in Bally's. (I don't remember the name, sorry) The waitress that took our food order for snacks was really friendly & outgoing, and we all (5 of us) talked with her for quite a while. She told us things about Atlantic City, places to go, etc. Great stuff to know, if you wanted to have a lot of fun. We decided to go out on a fishing / charter boat she recommended. EXCELLENT!! Great fun! I almost caught a fish!

Bally's is an enjoyable place to stay. Bally's Tower has nice rooms. Especially during off-peak, active Total Rewards members usually get good special pricing on hotel stays. The pool/spa is great. My main gripe is that it feels like they are not customer-centric, and really try to nickel-and-dime you.

“tried their jackpot machine It’s fun”
I did know much about betting, but I tried slot machines and it was fun. the casino looks awesome. staff are there to help you.
Waitress roam around for a drink. you can order them. I did not play on the table but overall it was fun.

Love to gamble at Bally's! Lots of great penny and quarter games, I love both. The people that work there are always very nice and helpful. Plus they offer the best restaurants.

Worst casino in Atlantic city. Went there and tried to get a players club card had to go to 3 different places in there to get one finally got one n there was nothing for new players. Pit bosses were very rude. Won't ever go there again. They were so rude that I didn't spend a dime there. Want a great atmosphere go to resorts they treat you like a king. Bally's games are old needs some major updates. I could go on forever about how disappointed I was. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Bally's is great if you know what you're going for. The wild west is fantastic but a huge party spot. It's great energy and a lot of rowdiness which is fun and brings new life to the late night hours. The poker room is nice and clean. The rooms could be nicer and are a bit outdated but you won't spend too much time there.

We didn't stay overnight but are considering it for next time. It's been renovated and updated. Table minimums were pretty fair. Great slot machines. Great restaurants. Ate at Harry's Oyster Bar for lunch, must try. And at Guy Fieri's for dinner, gotta try the burgers.

Bally's is located about in the middle of the boardwalk, so it is very conveniently located. You can walk indoors to Caesar's and the Pier Shops to go to different dining and gambling options. You can walk outdoors to many other shops, dining locations, and casinos, or take the tram. We had a room in the Bally's Tower, which was wonderful, seems to have been improved since last visit. Comfortable bed, nice size room, and nice shower. The Casino portion is our favorite that we have been to, with a wide variety of slots, which is what we prefer to play. Service was fairly quick and attentive for what we got. I would recommend Bally's if you're looking for an AC Casino to stay at or play at.

The atmosphere was fun! Staff was friendly and the clubs were a good time. Our room was nice, a little rough on the edges. But our view of the courtyard and beach was fabulous. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience at Bally's.

This was my first visit to Atlantic City and would could be better than having meal at Bally's.. The quantity of food was more than expected that I had to get parcel made for the left out and it was not just because I could not eat but I was not wanting to leave it behind since the food was delicious.. The staff was friendly and ready to explain what to try and what not.. If I ever go to that side again, my visit will be due to enjoy the meal all over again..

Overall this place is great. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the gift shop to the casino floor staff. The restaurant and bar choices are diverse and great. It's also very nice being connected to Caesar's so you can walk there without having to go outside (great in the colder weather). The view from the rooms is a gorgeous beach view because it's right on the boardwalk.
The casino floor was fun and had lots of options for slots and table games.
The room itself was clean and mostly very nice. The bathroom was a bit old and hadn't been renovated in a while, but it was still nice. The rest of the room was great with no complaints.
The spa, pool and gym facilities are very convenient and nice.response / report this review
