Be warned! The physicians do not take Anthem (Blue cross/Blue shield), but the hospital staff will tell you they do. I asked at the reception desk and at registration. The FACILITY takes it, but you will recieve a separate bill for the provider care. We were on vacation. We spent 5 minutes with a Nurse Practicioner for pink eye and have a $362 bill. Had they not mislead us, we would have driven somewhere else. It may noy be illegal, but it is certainly unethical and bad customer service to deceive patients in this manner.

It's disconcerting to see such low reviews, but when your little boy can't breathe at two in the morning you take what you can get. I can say that our experience was as positive as possible. The office staff was friendly and efficient, the nurses were compassionate and knowledgeable, and the doctors on staff demonstrated genuine care and concern. I would certainly trust them again if I needed emergency services.

We had the most positive experience whole receiving care at the ER. Absolutely every person we encountered was polite, kind, compassionate and commited to providing the best possible care for our son.Dr. Quinn and nurse Leanne were exemplary.

Took my daughter there for kidney stone pain, she was given lower than normal dosages per the nurse for pain and nausea, did a cat scan showed stones, but was told to go home and call regular doctor, walking back to our vehicle we found a pill in a Walgreens package in parking lot, I noticed that the gurney she was on had IV fluids and spots of blood.

Not once did they act like anything was wrong with her! Did not check into anything else on her. Since when is a patient the one who tells the medical staff what's wrong. I understand they can tell them symptoms but this place is a joke and a half

Visited ER. Average care at best, doctors did not seem to care. Be aware they contract OUT OF NETWORK emergency room doctors your insurance will not cover even if the hospital is IN NETWORK. You will not be notified of this either, total fraud. I will be filing a grievance with the State.

Treated horribly by ER/Urgent Care MD. Nurses were nice.

Which I could do no stars! Took my none month old son in and they barely examined him! They didn't care about the problems I saw with him. They acted like it was a hassle we were there. I do not recommend this hospital to anybody with an infant!

Not enough stars available for the great care provided by Dr Brusso and his staff last night in the ER. In town for vacation with my family and was nervous about going to a hospital I've never been to. The staffs' kindness and passion for what they do was on full display. Their thoroughness and decisions literally saved my life. Thank you!

If I could give a less than 1 star review I would. My daughter was brought to the ER on a Saturday night. The staff was so rude and very judgmental. My daughter thought someone had slipped something into her drink. They just assumed she was intoxicated. Refused to do any testing, gave her fluids and anti nausea. The did not listen to her explanation of the way she felt or how much she'd had to drink. I asked for another blanket for her and the nurse practically snarled at me. Another nurse gave us her discharge papers, before the doctor even signed off. He seemed genuinely surprised that we were leaving already. I am not an overly protective mother. My daughter is not a hypochondriac. I know when she's ill and when she's not. This was not normal behavior for her. I thank God that we are from the Madison area and will not have to experience such horrible treatment again.
