An awesome experience I had. Jillian made it so easy and painless. Having such a bad credit score she was able to work with me and able to get me finance. I love my 2011 Nissan Juke. Highly recommend her and her staff for your car buy needs.

Thank you, S&T Motors, for rising above the typical "car buying" experience. I love my 2008 Nissan Rogue! Jillian made the process easy and was so flexible, working with my schedule and my unique financing needs. They had a wide range of high quality cars, and even after I purchased mine they helped with additional repairs and concerns. I left feeling independent, smart, and proud, not pressured and taken advantage of.

I was thoroughly impressed with the finance expert's at this location. Jillian knew what to do and how to handle my situation and was able to get me into a very nice car quickly! They definitely stand by their promise to work with any credit situation! I would highly recommend S & T Motors to anyone looking for a nice, reliable car!

There isn’t enough good things that I can say about S&T Motors. They are wonderful people that TRULY believe in helping people get into a nicer, newer car. I, through the years have managed to get an awfully low credit score and I didn’t think that I would ever be able to get a new car again. Well, I was wrong. Jillian went above and beyond to help me get into my 2013 Dodge Avenger, financed, so it could help my credit score. I never thought I’d be able to be financed again and she managed to do the impossible. They also have down payment options for any budget. I truly recommend S&T Motors to anyone in the market with less than satisfactory credit. Also, they stand behind their vehicles with warranties and stay true to their word. If you’re in the market, please stop by and see Jillian and her team!!

Exceptional Car Buying Service

Jillian is an amazing woman who went to great lengths to get me a deal that worked for both of us. Even had the patience to hold off the masses knowing my level of interest in the vehicle and that I was lucky enough to be the first one interested, demonstrating great loyalty.
Tim is a wonderful owner, clearly stating all the issues they had found and providing proof of purchases for replacements parts and what parts they already had received for replacement. He also demonstrated great loyalty in handling the deal of the vehicle.
George is an exceptional mechanic and went above and beyond in my opinion when i pointed out a remaining issue after a part replacement was thought to fix a secondary issue with the radio and clock, and fixed that issue as well within minutes.

Where i thought my 1st financing purchase would be a nightmare, it went better then i could have ever expected. The staff at S&T Motors were a huge part in making that happen. And while i had a most enjoyable experience, I know i made it more of a hair puller for Jillian! Thanks so much for sticking it out with me!
The level of trust, commitment, and respect developed between myself and the people there is enough to want to even continue bringing my vehicle back for any future repairs that may need to be done.
But for now, 1 month and 1,100 miles later, vehicle still runs great and no issues.
And for those of you with bad credit thinking you cant finance, i have a brand new credit history and short term with my current employer, and was denied financing from my own financing options, and Jillian found a way to make it happen! Kudos!response / report this review -

I bought a 2006 Chevy Impala. I paid cash for the car. I also purchased the extended warranty that they offered. I took the best one they had to offer that gives you day one coverage. After purchasing the car I noticed that it was leaking transmission fluid and appeared to be leaking oil. I went back to the dealership and I was told that I had purchased the car as is but if I wanted to have their mechanic look at it they would but it would be a couple weeks before they could look at it. I had discussed purchasing the warranty prior to buying the car but with everything they were telling me at the time I did not feel the need. I ended up purchasing the warranty less than 4 days after I bought the car. Since purchasing the car I have had to the transmission totally replaced, the valve cover gasket replace, new plug wires had to be put in. I still have to have the actuator replaced because it is making a knocking sound, it appears that the starter may be going out on it as well and there is now a vibration in the front when I am braking. Keep in mind the car is 2006 but it has less that 98000 miles on it. When I purchased the car there was a brand new set of tires put on it and a brand new battery was put in the day I got the car. Due to the warranty not covering items on the car I have already paid Amoco over 600.00. This is in addition to the cost of the warranty. Bottom line it buyer beware. If the deal looks to god to be true it probably is. They were friendly I purchased the car but I definitely did not get what I was hoping for. I feel like I got a lemon.I will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone.

Being a single woman, on a limited income requires that I do my homework when considering a large item purchase. I require honesty and trust from a business that I am considering doing business with; as well as the comfort in knowing that they will continue treating me in the same manner after the sale. I have to say that I felt comfortable with the level of customer service I have always received from S&T (Hernando, FL agency); and, I have been quite pleased with the quality of the vehicles I have purchased from S&T (Sue & Tim), as well as their customer service dependability.
