A well run car business, they do what they say they will do. They are very aggressive in heir deals and very efficient in finalizing the paperwork. If your buying a Nissan, well worth the time.
Had a great experience last week, I was nervous about trading in my old beater but Eamon Metcalf had me sold on a new Nissan after showing me three or four cars taking me on a test drive and just taking the time to get me in a car that I would love for a long time
I can honestly say it was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. I dealt with Travis, Sean, Robert, Kelly, Tom, and Eamon. That’s a lot of people, but that just shows how they are willing to go above and beyond with the service. It was a very friendly environment and highly recommend this place. I will definitely purchase my next car from these guys.
Bought several cars in my life and this place hustled to get my business. My credit has gone up and down over year's and when i got a car from them it was down. They worked hard and found a bank and at a reasonable rate. I would recommend this place or give a try.
I had the pleasure of buying my first new car from Maus Nissan. Travis was awesome! No pressure, and he and the finance team worked hard to get me the monthly payment and price of the car I needed. It was an easy/wonderful experience and I'll absolutely recommend friends and family your way. -Amanda Walkiewicz
I’m and out quickly! They check everything. I went in for an oil change and they replaced my battery for free without me even knowing my battery was in need of being charged. Saved me over $150.00 thank goodness they checked it for me.
The WORST experience buying a car -- ever! Sneaky, liars, absolutely disrespectful of me as a customer. If I could rate them zero stars I would.
I traded my car in for a KIA SUV and when speaking to the salesman and the finance guy I was adamant that I wanted to pay cash. Instead they told me I could not pay in cash because they had nowhere to keep cash, couldn't be secure, and someone could steal cash. The finance guy wrote a supposed sales contract that had tacked on $899.99 "delivery fee". I caught that and he deleted the fee, but he's just a liar and would have left it there if I hadn't complained. Lots of really sneaky nonsense. He wrote a contract up with Fifth Third Bank and told me to "just pay them cash, there would be no fees if paid within 30 days". I am furious and can't speak to anyone but Brett Mitchell who says he is head of Customer Service at David Maus.
I wrote two emails to David Maus directly --- both were intercepted by Brett Mitchell. I even reiterated that I want to speak to Mr. Maus, but Mitchell keeps telling me that only he can help me.
Well, it's been 17 days and there is NO HELP --- it only gets worse! I wouldn't inflict this on my worst enemy.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER -- ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FINANCING.
Can't accept cash???? Ridiculous!!
We weren't planning on buying a new car, but spoke with Travis Brooker who never pressured us at all. I liked that.
He was so polite and knowledgeable about the 2017 Murano. Love how well it rides. He is so nice and bends over backward to help you.
Also David in service is excellent.
They will screw you over too.
I purchased a 2016 Nissan pick up truck with 1500 miles on it. During the sales pitch, I was told that the vehicle had a clean Car Fax report. So I took them at their word.
I washed the truck a few days later and discovered a dent on the roof, so I returned to the dealership but they refused to fix the dent.
My issue with them is this: they willingly withheld information from Car Fax but then they used the Car Fax report to further the sale. They can not be trusted! Manipulating the Car Fax is tantamount to lying.
I took the truck to a local body shop who estimated the repair to be $255.So for a couple of hundred bucks, they knowingly lied, to consummate a deal. They screwed me and will screw you over too. Buy Elsewhere.
I had the pleasure of meeting Travis and working with Ethan, Robert and Sean who made a very difficult time in my life a positive experience. I can not recommend this dealership enough! I have NEVER dealt with a sales man that I actually liked before I met Ethan. The entire team worked well with each other and they were able to help me get into a vehicle I loved and could afford. I will bring my family to this dealership for all future purchases. Genuine people that truly want to make you happy.
They've always been courteous, not pushy with me on the stuff I didn't ask for, and they've honored the benefits I had when they were Crystal Nissan. Also, when you get service done it's a nice experience with their seating area and stuff. There's also coffee and donuts - they don't have accommodations for dietary preferences that are different than the norm. Disappointing for me, but doesn't ruin the whole place of course.
Give them a visit.
I've bought a lot of cars from a lot of different car dealerships, but I have never had an experience as pleasant as I had at Maus Nissan of Crystal River. I found a vehicle I liked online, put in an online request to have someone contact me and within the hour I was setting up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was treated with respect and they gave me a great deal on my new vehicle, as well as a more than fair price on my trade. When you go to Maus Nissan ask for David Doucette in Sales as he was helpful, courteous, and more than excellent to deal with. Even after the sale he followed up with me several times to see if I had any questions and just to check on how I was doing. I also got to work with Sean in Finance who was very personable and helped make the process go by very smoothly. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle!
