3 stars because the bus did not fit everyone very well. We rented a bus for a wine tour which we were told would seat up to 31 people. We had 28 and were supposed to have 29 but 1 cancelled. You'd think with 3 "extra" spaces we'd have been comfortable but that was not the case. If we had 29 we would not have fit at all, with 28 everyone was UNCOMFORTABLY close and stuck together. Driver was excellent and bus was in good condition, but if you call in make sure to price a size larger than they recommend because their numbers are inaccurate.

We had a blast!! If you can request a limo driver John is the one. He was AWESOME and very helpful. The bus was perfect size and we had an amazing experience. I definitely suggest this limo company to everyone!

Absolutely love S & S. Used them a handful of times and always refer them. I love that they work with you on the pricing and selection to fit what I need every time. If you're needing a clean a limo, on time, and awesome driver, S&S for sure.

As a local wedding and event planner, S & S Limousines is the first company I refer my clients to. The office staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Pricing is transparent and reasonable and I have yet to experience any issues on the day-of service, even having utilized a wide range of their vehicles. No breakdowns or maintenance issues - the same can't be said for my experiences with other well-known companies in the area. Drivers are punctual, friendly and helpful - which is isn't always easy when dealing with bridal parties! Beautiful and clean vehicles. Very highly recommended!!

We used S&S last weekend for a wine tour on Keuka Lake. There were 14 women and we were gone 11 hours. We had an absolutely wonderful time and loved our driver Matt. He was prompt, polite, helpful, fun, and overall enhanced our experience. All of the women felt the same way and wanted me to make sure I passed along the good word. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I will definitely recommend S&S and use you in the future.

So I booked a limousine for my wedding. I was told I needed to put 1/3 of the cost down for a deposit. (At this point I was not aware the deposit was non-refundable). I called a month after I booked to cancel and get a deposit back they told me good luck. They said if you want your money back to call your credit card company. I never signed the contract or the card receipt. So the contract is not consider binding anyways. They are nice people and gave me a good rate. While nice until now. They said that they would make my wedding day amazing witch I don’t doubt. But plans changed with the day. So now I’m left stuck in with a limousine I can not use. I wish they would just refund my deposit. I called them 10 months away from the event. I’m not impressed what so ever. You should make the customers aware that the deposit are non-refundable before the card number is given. If because I made this review you cancel my event or ruin the day because I can’t get my money make BBB will be contacted. Until then I would expect management to make the refund and I will remove this review. We will keep posting until then. It’s also funny how the owner only responds to the positive reviews.

We had a fabulous experience with S & S Limousines when they took us on a wine tour of Seneca Lake in July, 2017. The driver, Jim, was courteous, attentive and prompt. The limo bus was spacious and clean and the windows were huge. We were impressed with the receptacle of ice in the front of the bus that we used for water and wine. We were comfortable and happy and we'd use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience and would HIGHLY recommend S&S Limousines. The booking process was quick and easy and when the day arrived it was a super easy process. I had to change our address last minute and they seamlessly met our needs.

Our chauffeur, Jim, was the absolute best. We were on a Bachelorette party and he endured last minute changes with the utmost flexibility (and dealt with a whollee lot of Backstreet Boys). The whole day was awesome and S&S Limousines made it exactly what we hoped it would be and more.

When I got home I even had a thank you letter from them expressing their appreciation of our business. Unknowingly, one of the girls left their sunglasses in the limo and they shipped them back to us with a sweet little note.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We have already booked them for the wedding!

I didn't book the ride but I was a guest on one of their limo bus. From what I here the company is well run and professional. The driver was professional as well and very accommodating. The thing that made this experience below average is that when its 90 degrees outside, the bus inside seemed even hotter. I hoped for the money and companies reputation that the bus would be comfortable but the 3 hours we were in there made the whole experience negative. Please make sure your a.c. is serviced, as of right now im not able to recommend to anyone and if i need to use their service im tempted to try someone else first

We used S & S to shuttle 11 of us from Hilton to Toronto to catch an international flight and then to pick us up when we returned and get us home. I can't stress enough how easy they made the experience. We were flying overseas and found that Toronto had the cheapest flights to Germany BY FAR, but we couldn't figure out how to get there without blowing all the money we saved. In comes S & S to save the day!! We used them and still put a bunch of money in our pockets!! Great drivers!! Great office staff!!

We were very satisfied with our limo experience for our kids for homecoming. The limo driver that was sent to take our kids to homecoming was a perfect fit. He was relatable to the kids, and made the parents feel comfortable, and confident that they were in good hands. S&S was helpful when i was inquiring about their services. Once booked, the tables turned. We explained what we wanted to S&S 3 separate times, and we still did not get what we wanted. S&S refused to pick us up at the address on our contract, forcing our guests to walk through thunderstorms to use the shuttle that we provided for guests, and then refused to give us any money back. Will never use again, and would never wish this company upon ANYONE. Stay Away
