So much fun! The staff is really friendly and the river isn't too aggressive for children or non swimmers. Inexpensive and everyone's favorite acitivity on our trip to Lake George.

The current here is pretty steady, level 2 I would say. There are two points where there are minor bumps and we get a feel of river rafting. Its great for kids. At a point where the water really slow, instructors permit visitors to jump out and swim. The water was great in a bright sunny day. Instructor are fabulous; they present lot of energy throughout the tour.

SOC is the premier whitewater rafting company in Lake George. I can't say enough great things about them. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. From the office girls, to the retail staff, the bus driver & everyone else we encountered nothing but smiles 😊. Our guides Matt & Jess were fantastic & made it a fun & easy time on the river. The water cannons were a nice touch too! Quality operation all around. Something for everyone. They also had another on site shop with kayaks, stand up paddle boards & all sorts of tubes for sale & to rent. Can't wait to come back next year with all my friends!

We are from the area and head up every year! Used to tube the river with friends and now we take the kids rafting. SOC is clearly the biggest and reputable on the river. Don't hesitate!

There are a couple outfitters in the area but SOC is far and away the best. Staff and gear are really impressive and their location is perfectly located right at the river take out! Highly recommended!

I have gone every years since 2012 about 4 times in the summer, it is a wonderful. We always get the same guide Cat, she is wonderful. I love every second of the journey, have a excellent time each visit. I am planning my 1st visit of this year already and the first stop we hit is Sacandaga Outdoors Center. Also every visit we always bring guest to get the great adventure and experience we get. Well soon you guys soon. Every staff member is awsome, fun and exciting. I LOVE THIS PLACE

Had a great time going rafting with friends! Super easy and the guides helped with everything we needed. It was easy to get there, easy to register, and easy to have fun! Would recommend to my staff from the local Summer Camp to do on their days off!
