Feels really spacious and clean as it’s in like a warehouse / loft type building. There is locally made art next to the retail store which promoted the brand’s culture and offered insight into what RVCA people do beyond action sports. Nice selection of swimwear, athletic wear, sweatshirts, dresses, pinafores, men’s shorts / tees, and even luggage. Staff were super warm and welcoming, even giving me a guided tour of the space. It’s so nice to patron anywhere that people actually enjoy being. Great energy place.

I purchased some RVCA pants at a retailer locally in Denver and they were great. So great in fact that I decided, hey I could really use another pair! Simple, right? Well, not quite. I ordered the pants directly from RVCA's website. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for an "in stock" item to ship, once received I decided to wash the pants in cold water (as directed) and then not dry them (as directed). Well, they shrunk. A lot. Tough break. But that's ok because I already have the same pants in a different color and those didn't shrink. I also have a bunch of other RVCA gear which is great. So, I thought, I'll call customer service and they'll hook me up with a new pair, no problem. HA! After spending nearly 25 minutes on the phone with Cesar (20 of which were being put on hold for some reason), it was determined that I need to send photo documentation of shrunken pants?!? What? How do you do that? AndAND I had to mail them back? Really? Why do you need pictures and them mailed back? They shrunk! I am certain if I bought the pants at Nordstrom the conversation would have been "sorry about that, we'll get another pair of pants mailed out ASAP." Done, end of story. Instead, RVCA has lost a customer and positive word-of-mouth about clothing quality and customer service. Hope you can do better RVCA!

I’m pretty sure High School kids are running the show. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering on line or in a retail store, the left hand never follows the right. It’s amazing that such a successful brand is so very poorly ran. Unreal!

Do not purchase expedited shipping for items! especially when its your daughters birthday and you purchase an item with fast shipping just in case the items doesn't come in on time but then the package never comes and you have purchase a book instead last minute buts its not really not what she wanted but what is there for a dad to do not get her a gift on her birthday thats just what her mom wants so you buy something random and it never works out and her mothers wishes finally come true
