This has been a great place to do business with for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, our CPA moved on and our account was transferred to Olga. Olga proceeded to tell me that I was not sophisticated enough to be their customer because I asked a question about dates.Then, one of the partners proceeded to make excuses for Olga rather than apologizing for his employee insulting a long time customer. I can't begin to imagine how it is possible to run a professional establishment this way. Just a reminder for you Hare Taylor, you are an accounting firm. Your customers are going to ask quarterly due dates sometimes. I suggest that you simply give them an answer rather than insulting them for not knowing YOUR job.

Best CPA firm ever, they always go above and beyond, and their vast knowledge is most impressive. Highly recommend, I have two family CPAmembers that work for State of FL, so I am very aware of professionalism and experience. This firm is the Best!

A women with a H&R Block/Hare Taylor-jacket was sitting next to me at the Chiropractors office. With my taxes on my mind, I asked her if Hare Taylor was functioning as an accounting firm or taking walk-ins like H&R Block does? She said to me in a dismissive tone, I'm not talking to you about that.
I guess I overstepped but not sure why you would wear the jacket of you didn't want it to spark conversation over business. Those jackets are made for advertising purposes and is why the employees get them for free. That completely turned me off of this company. Honestly, I'm afraid to go in there after that encounter.
I was trying to keep my money local but unfortunately Turbo Tax now benefits from my money.response / report this review -

Previously used Pettys Tax Service who I absolutely loved. She merged with this company and I can get no service at all. I mailed my tax information to them as I am out of state the last of April 2020. I heard nothing from them despite repeated phone calls until the week before deadline. I received my return one day before the extended federal filing deadline. It was incorrect. I asked them to correct it and file it before the deadline. I paid them their fees online which were almost twice what I had paid the year before. Instead of filing my taxes, they filed an extension,which I did not want. They did not tell me beforehand that they were filing the extension. As of this date which I write this, (2+ weeks) I still have not heard back from them despite repeated attempts to contact them to get my taxes filed. I cannot recommend them to anyone and will not be using them again.

Hare Taylor bought out my previous accountant. They were quick to point out how incompetent she was but never did anything but put me off. I waited four months and they've done nothing to help me.
I contacted another firm and they sent me a list of everything they needed to get us up to date the second day after they received my Quickbooks file,response / report this review
