Our experience was very positive . The staff was always very personable, patient, and professional . I’m completely satisfied that my final wishes are in place and will be handled exactly the way I asked them to be. It also is a great comfort to know that my family will not have the burdened of having to make any decisions .

My family and I have chosen this funeral home on two different occasions. I must say Morgan and all of the staff at the Hammond location are fabulous! We are an African American family and really didn’t know what to expect from a Caucasian staff. Well, I must say the service was outstanding ! We felt welcomed and respected. We were given superior service. The staff is compassionate and they respected our wishes. They weren’t pushy on pricing or the products that they offer. I would 100% recommend them to handle your needs at the most difficult time of laying your loved one to rest. Lastly I must add they follow up to check on you throughout the process and even after the services are over. I would give 10 stars if I could 🌟 Signed.. SATISFIED CUSTOMER 😇😇😇😇😇

I could not have prayed for a more caring and knowledgeable staff who supported us through a difficult time. The Brandon Thompson (Hammond) staff treated us with sincere care and thoughtfulness. I want to especially thank Mr. Joe Riccobono for working with us and getting us through it.

I recently attended a wake and I was told there was a play area for kids. I had to bring my girls with me because most of my family was in attendance at the wake so I did not have anyone to watch them. I was so thankful for the sweet area they had for kids. My two girls may now want to visit the funeral home often because of how much fun they had playing. I was able to attend the wake which was a huge blessing. A sweet staff member came in while my girls were in there and checked on them and us to see if we needed anything. I was so thankful for how sweet the staff was and for the funeral home for thinking about parents and kids by adding a special area for them!

My dad passed away, and there's not really much family just me. Morgan helped me out more than my own family did. I honestly felt more comfortable around her on that day than I did around the majority of my life relatives. I know that says a lot about both sides but it speaks volumes for Brandon Thompson funeral home and mainly Morgan. She's awesome she makes you feel like youre family. She allowed me to handle my father's arrangements with dignity, which I may not have been able to do without her. It was a very rough time, but beginning to end Morgan had my back!!
