They are liars, they are under handed, they go behind your back and then they trick you by walking you through the process saying oh you can make payments. And then by the end saying well we will need payment in full or else we will let someone whom the dead person didn't even wish to participate in their funeral take control. They are greedy and money hungry and have no wish to help you or fulfill the persons wishes whom died.

The staff at Burton's are truly some of the most professional people I know. They have taken great care of my loved ones who have passed with the utmost respect and professionalism. They are always so kind, caring, compassionate and cater to all of your needs (large or small).The staff are among the friendliest people I know. I really can't say enough good things. Mr. Burton is so professional, I can't find the words to express how wonderful he and his organization were at dealing with the loss of our mother. He and his staff are the best and went out of there way to make us comfortable during our difficult time. They exceeded our expectations and are the best organization in all of Erie. They should be rewarded as being one of Erie's finest.
