A bit slow at the bar. Food was OK but in my opinion, not worthy of the steep prices. Lastly, I was with a party of 4 (one of which is a chef and a very fair critic with a mild and agreeable personality). When the butter was served with bread, the butter had plenty of hair visibly stuck to it. Of course we had it replaced. The chef that I mentioned had to request A1 sauce for his steak as it had seemingly zero seasoning. This is my first visit to the establishment and based on tonight's experience, my last.

In town for an evening and Ruth Chris was my favorite steak house until now. Sat at the bar and there was a football party going on which was fine. Order was placed and was told that sauteed spinach was an up charge even though it less involved to prepare, okay no problem. Filet comes out and is more medium than medium rare as ordered, that's fine I can love with that. I waited a good amount of time for the plates to be taken away and I chose to take the dessert to go. I was never asked if I wanted another glass of wine until the bill came.. Really? I wouldn't consider this place a Ruth Chris but more of a sports bar. The GM or manager was at the bar talking with other patrons about how much money the place rakes in each night so I guess they aren't concerned about quality and guest satisfaction as I was never asked.

Spent too much for a steak I had to send back. Way over cooked. I think it is only the second time ever I have sent food back. Unfortunately I went to splurge a little and treat my friends to a nice meal and was disappointed. To be fair, much of the food was good, but I ended up eating by myself at the end.

This place has the best steak I have ever tated and is very fancy. The mashed potatoes are amazing and they are so creamy and tasty. The shrimp is great and the sauce they put on them is a orange, cream sauce that complimented them very well. The desserts are delicious as well. The apple pie with ice cream and the cheese cake is great! The cheese cake is light and not dense. The chocolate cake is a little rich for my taste and it was once of those deserts where I have a couple of bites and I had enough of it. The only negative thing I have to say is that the prices are a little high. The average meal will cost $60 and that's not including drink, appetizer, or sides. There is a meal deal for $50 and comes with a side and dessert. I had a wonderful little bottle, glass of wine and and it only costs $15. Most of their bottles of wine cost $65 on average.

What a lovely experience, our server Luis was fantastic! Very fun and attentive, and even offered to take a photo for us (which we often forget to do) and made our celebratory weekend extra special! Food was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for. Will defiantly come back in the future.

This was my first time at Ruth Chris. I enjoyed my food. Overall great experience.

I didn’t like that my table cloth was visibly ripped and it was still placed on a table when it should have been disposed of.

Also the sugar on my creme Brûlée wasn’t melted fully.

My ribeye was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. I will go back again.

I had a pleasant experience here. I ordered a medium well steak potatoes and a Cesar salad which was very tender, and seasoned perfectly. My date ordered the lamb chops with the sweet potato casserole. The sweet potato casserole was the star of the show! I should've got a order for myself to go!

COMPLETELY disappointing. My wife and I went here expecting the best. We got the worst table, the worst waitress and the worst food. The steak was horribly fatty and cooked improperly. Informed the manager and he didn't care we were dissatisfied. I mentioned our experience to the valet and he confirmed that we weren't the only ones. Evidently, this Ruth's Chris has a terrible reputation. Go to the one in Buckhead. This one is a known lemon.

First time to RC. I eat prime steak all the time and the meat here is great but I hate all the butter that comes with these steaks. It's not necessary. Also serving on a hot plate sounds cool except for the fact that your steak continues to cook as you eat it. My steak was perfect mid rare when I started and mid well when I finished. Not a fan of this chain.

As a frequent guest at RC, I was extremely disappointed in this visit. Upon arriving around 9:30 pm the host took almost 10 minutes to find us seating in a practically empty restaurant. We decided to just sit at a booth in the bar area. Our server was decent but I definitely noticed he was ready to go home. The food was horrible compared to my previous dining experiences. Everything lacked flavor and the soup, sides, and dessert were literally freezing cold. Our server heated our soup quickly but we didn't even mention the quality of the other food, and didn't bother to eat it. Both steaks were tough even prepared medium and we had to ask for steak sauce (something we never use for our steak)This is the latest we have ever dined here so maybe the kitchen already started cleaning up and the sides were just off to the side not heated. I would think my bread pudding should be warm but I'm almost positive it was in the refrigerator. My thoughts leaving the restaurant was I should have just cooked this evening. On the bright side the wine (Siduri) and shrimp were amazing. Hopefully the next time I decide to spend $175 on dinner it will be worthwhile.

Sat at bar table on a slow Monday night. Great friendly team service by very experienced bar staff. Food was great as it always is!

We were out celebrating a birthday but our waiter, Milan, put a damper on our entire night. His attitude was deplorable. It was so bad that we didn't want to ask for anything. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him & all we wanted to do was be served.like normal people. We spent more than $400 on food & didn't receive the service that should have come along with that. When we asked for our dessert to be boxed to-go, he just dumped our beautiful desserts in the box upside down. The food was delicious but the horrible service ruined our night. We will only visit the Buckhead location from now on.

The breakfast service at Ruth's Chris has always been superb, I've found after several business trips lodging at the Embassy Suites where this meal is included. It is a self-service breakfast buffet, and usually very busy, but the crowd has always been friendly and the buffet staff is very attentive. The dining room is oddly classy to be having a fast breakfast, with china, goblets, and linen napkins, but that's something to either relax and enjoy. If you're in a hurry to eat then you can grab buffet items and be on your way sooner than a fast-food joint. You can choose hearty food or lighter continental pastry. The made-to-order eggs take just a minute to get from a very busy fellow at the stove running 6 omelet pans at once. The self-service chore can be a bit intimidating to navigate amongst all the bleary-eyed fellow travelers, and operating a commercial toaster yourself, etc., but the dining areas are huge so you can pick a quiet table off in the corner to relax once you've got your plates. It all fits very well with what most folks want from a hotel breakfast.
