I'm new to the area. We have a beautiful 2004 4WD Tacoma with 113k and the clutch began making a noise. The first dealer I called gave me a ball park estimate of $1500+, and the second dealer said $2500+. My third call was to Rusty Wallace where I spoke to a service adviser named Mitch Elsey. Mitch asked questions about my truck and told me what he felt was needed, then had me hold while he got me the exact prices and availability of the parts. I like being treated professionally and the estimate was less than $1000. The final cost was $967, $533 less than the first dealer and $1533 less than the second.
The dealership was first class in every way and the repairs were done right and on time as promised.
I live in Madisonville and will drive the extra distance to be treated well and get repairs done right the first time for a fair price. My future business will be with Rusty Wallace in Morristown, TN.

My daughter recently purchased her first car. This was the second car we've purchased from Rusty Wallace in 2 years. The people were very helpful in offering us specific details about each car my daughter test drove so that she could make an informed decision. Leia was patient with my daughter and we never felt rushed. My daughter ended up purchasing a Scion tc. She's driven the car 3 weeks and loves everything about it. Great experience with this dealership. Just a few days ago I got my 2016 Prius C and I absolutely love it! Our salesman, Shawn, was extremely helpful. He even brought the car out to my grandmother's house with the paperwork ready to go since she has such a difficult time getting around and was cosigning on the car for me. He explained everything in detail and showed me how to use all the feautures on my car. I will definitely recommend this place and Shawn to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks!

I bought a 2008 used 4 Runner from them and they were wonderful people to deal with. Heath, the used car manager, is a wonderful guy to deal with, can't beat him! He went above and beyond to make us the best deal possible. The service department has been great to deal with. The guys in there are the best. They have tended to my needs with a smile on their faces. Cant beat this dealership! All their employees are wonderful. Go see Heath for a good used vehicle.
