  Great for big events but needs more parking that is paved. No one wants to tromp through the mud when attending a special occasion.

  The temperature is really hot and sweaty when the weather outside is hot. There's not a lot of ventilation.

  Easy access to bathrooms and concessions. Plenty of space for vendors. Handicap accessible.

  They let vendors in that not much more than common thieves. One vendor collects money for charity and never gives the money to the charity. She runs raffles and the winner is always pretty determined, and she keeps the prizes.
