I just bought a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee from this place. I love it! Scotty Shultz was my sales guy, he was very patient and accommodating. I went there looking for a Jeep Compass and he showed me a vehicle that had all my wants and needs. I was able to trade my 2012 Acura Tl and get top dollar for it. All the guys on the floor from sales to finance were great guys. I got the best deal and left there feeling happy and satisfied. I would buy again from this place and it is close to home if I ever need my vehicle serviced.

Everyone was super nice I just needed a battery replaced in my key fob and they were helpful didn't charge me much of anything and one employee even gave my daughter a quarter for the candy machine. Solved my issue and had exceptional service!

I purchased a car from them on Friday and by Saturday was having problems with it staying started. When I called I was told to have it towed to them and they would cover the cost to have it towed! When I was told by the sales guy I used that it was fixed he said via TEXT to tell me that he had to pay 258 for a battery and the tow bill was 200 and he could not "eat both of those bills." This is after I was told the repair and tow bill would be covered!!! Then while I was in the hospital with my son I was told they would not release my vehicle because I hadn't paid my part of the tow bill to THEM so they wouldn't let the wrecker get my car!! So instead of letting me be with my son they were worried about getting my credit card number to give them a hundred dollars for a tow bill! So did my money even go to the tow company or them as I have no receipt from the tow company or how much the actual tow costed them!! Not to mention it wouldn't start the day I purchased it from them and had to be jumped!! Worst experience from a car dealership ever!!

I wasn't sure what vehicle would work best for my family, so I stopped in to look at the options. Brenna helped me from the start. She helped me see why some of the vehicles weren't a good fit for my needs and others were. She let me know that she was available without being pushy or pressuring me to buy. And when I had a question, she was eager to help me understand no matter what time I talked to her. She helped me find my new truck that could tow the weight I need to tow, and fit our huge car seat in it with plenty of comfortable space left up front! When I finally decided which one to get, she helped me adjust the numbers to fit within my budget. I got such a great deal, I don't even mind making my monthly payment. Now I have the perfect truck to fit my needs, and I really feel as if I owe it all to her! Thanks, Brenna! We look forward to working with you again in the future! I went to see if they had a car for 4000 and under they had one the guy made sense about me getting a warranty and i decided to look at new and used cars but i explained that i was working on my credit and didnt want to many pulls and not sure if i even wanted to buy a new/used car for a car note. In the midst of looking i had to go pick up my daughter. So i told him i wpuld be right back to test drive a 2016 renegade that he said was $20,000 and with rebates of $5200 and my 4000 down would bring the car to around $11,000 and my note would be about 200-250. I returned in less than 10 min and there was another sales person to help me Breanna was her name She rode with me to test drive the renegade and explained to her as well about me working on my credit and how i really didn't want anyone running it my friend calls and i tell her im test driving she said dont buy nothing tonight go home sleep on it and Breanna says she isn't buying anything tonight. She seemed like a honest person so far but that all turned The next day I woke up to find out she ran my credit without my knowledge and tried to justify it by telling me she explained the process I NEVER gave consent ever to run my credit!!! PLEASE BE SURE YOU ASK THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH YOUR INFORMATION. I WILL NEVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!

Wasn't sure what to post until AL (Sales Manager) made a couple of things right. So, Today> I called the Manager AL-who was Professional, and he not only solved the Issue-but the outcome was Far Better than I could have imagined! I drove away in a Stunning car with a shocking package & price! *I am a happy woman. Most of my clients & friends-most are wealthy & celebrities> I highly recommend this dealership. Wealthy people are wealthy because they know great deals when they see it> so I will sing like a canary to them! The staff was very Accommodating as well, including Jason who completed the Deal. AL & Jason were also Hilarious-Who doesn't love "peeps" with a sense of humor?! **GO see for yourself! :)

Well went to have both tie rods and a CV axle replaced took them 10 hours to get it done was driving home and something was knocking together it was unsafe to drive. I called them the next morning and told them and they came and towed it to the shop and had to work on it again. And 3 hours later he told me that they had to "re port" things. Do not recommend, especially from a dealership.
