Amazing, this place is relaxing and great, steam rooms and saunas galore, the salt water hot tub is amazing. I've been going almost weekly since I've been in Miami and it is my favorite new habit. Staff is nice and courteous, people watching can be fun, more fun with a friend or two. Nice marble slabs to lay and cool down between heat, sweet Russian ladies at the snack bar, outdoor pool and full gym. Treat yo self. If you're a germaphobe, don't like being soaked, or sweating, look elsewhere. It's a bath house. Overall I've been satisfied with cleanliness. Bring your own sandals.

First of all I find the place overpriced. The front desk person with bad attitude and not very friendly. Then the inside area , looker room, Jacuzzi, sauna etc very very dirty. A bad smell and not hygienic at all. Unfortunately I would never go back even if the concept of the place is great but the owner's should give to that place a urgent makeover.

Great memories from here. Very good place to visit, "Баня" супер. "Banya" super, all kind saunas. So many choices, and you can dine here too.

Ive been going here for years. This is a great place to sweat. No frills and straight to the pointsweat and cold plunge. I see people complain about the front desk people-ive never had issue with them.its just not the chatty day spa that maybe some are looking for.

Aweful customer service! Very rude staff!

Got my brother a gift card for his birthday on their website. Had to do it through paypal. Which is a nightmare because you can't bring the reciept as proof, you have to call paypal and get an ID number and then give it to guy when you get there. They don't treat you politely or with kindness. No one was helpful or offered additional services. Just threw you a key with locker and a towel. Guy was watching TV when we arrived. He'd rather watch TV than do his job and be helpful. DO NOT GET A GIFT CARD on their website if you decide to go, pay at the counter. Take your stuff to the locker inside. It's a strange place. Won't go back due to lack of service and respect. Overall the concept is neat and they do have different types of steam rooms and sauna's but felt like it was in another country. Very outdated. Only went inside because it was my brothers birthday, otherwise I would have left.

Somebody PLEASE CLEAN THIS PLACE! It's dingy, dirty, shady!!! It would have been an amazing experience IF the benches were constructed in a way where puddles didn't collect so customers didn't have to share the same standing water (EW), AND IF the facilities were cleaned. Does anybody clean up at all after people sweat in there all day? I'll bet a million bucks they dont. My husband was so excited to bring me, and I was immediately turned off by the rude staff (which seems to be an on going issue) and the FILTH. So gross!!!! I wish the owner cared more about his customers than about his $$$

I would like to warn you. I was trying to reach them over the phone but they never answer it, also the time on website is not right, they are only open until 11pm and would not allow us to use the discount card for two people. If they will decide to change hours of operations, they should update them everywhere including their website and their voicemail. I had a really unpleasant time at the front desk because the receptionist was rude and had a non caring attitude. The place itself is really nice but management is not nice at all.

This place is beyond dated. It's is so filthy, moldy, dirty, stinky, dark and dingy- I felt very uncomfortable being there. The ladies changing room is so tiny, everyone is on top of each other and there's not enough room to put your things. Only one shower and one bathroom in the whole changing room with no shampoo, no creams like in other spa places. The front desk guy was very rude to us: didn't explain how things work, where the changing room is, didn't give us the slippers, yelled at me twice for asking water as I was getting very lightheaded. Aromatherapy room had no aroma at all, the other sauna rooms were way too hot. I have gone to Russian saunas all my life growing up in Russia and never ever have I experienced this type of heat where you can't even breathe and can only last in each room for no more than 1-2 minutes. On top if it all the men walking around there stare you up and down with their "hungry" eyes which made me feel so uncomfortable. It's the worst experience I ever paid so much money for. Never again!

Great place. Not your traditional spa but very laid back and enjoyed every minute. Will def return soon. Met some great people while I was there. My favorite part was the plunge. Highly recommend checking the place out. Go with an open mind and you won't be disappointed.
