I had such a great experience at this dealer! That’s rare to say about a car dealer. Totally worth the drive from Marina Del Rey to Van Nuys. I’ve never been able to negotiate a car and be on the road so quickly. Shout out to Mitch Horowitz and Dustin Lawler for making it so easy to drive off in this beauty!!!!

As soon as I walked in I was introduced to Sergio. He helped me throughout the entire process and made everything as easy as possible. He worked with us and helped me get the best deal. He wasn’t like your usual sales guy. He was real nice and felt like he was genuinely honest throughout our entire experience, that goes a long way as a customer. Overall the entire staff and the customer service here was great!!!

We walked in for an appointment and were about 20 minutes early. Paul Turner took us in and took care of us better than any dealer will ever do. He was polite and patient with us while he worked with his manager to help us arrive at our price goal for a solid 3 hours straight! I could go on for paragraphs explaining why this is where you want to go to buy/ lease your dream car but honestly you have to go in for yourself. Wish I could do 6 stars. keep up the great work!

Just got our new 2017 Pacifica!!

Felt like family, very casual, above average complimentary coffee bar! Edwin was our product specialist and he's a total geek about these cars, in a good way! Amir from finance did an amazing job getting us a number we were happy with and Mitch helped finish everything up and get us on the road. Everyone was great and genuinely friendly.

Had an overall great experience with this dealership particularly with my salesperson Mitchell Horowitz. He was incredibly accommodating, personable, and had a wealth of knowledge. We smoothed over a transaction that was agreeable and scored me a great deal on a gently used vehicle. MY BOY MITCH! he really helped us out. made sure my wife got in the car she wanted, we drove off in a jeep wrangler and she hasnt stopped smiling. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and all around nice guy. He and his manager did everything they could to make sure we were happy. We appreciate all the help and will be back when I'm ready to purchase a jeep Wrangler for myself. Give the man a raise!

I went into the dealership looking for a perfect car. Mitchell Horowitz approached me and he has very polite. He knows how to explain the product and was very helpful; I was very impressed with the treatment I received. I was compering prices and he understood that I was not going to commit until I shop around. I went to Honda, Toyota and Nissan. I drove their vehicles; however, none of my experiences came close to my experience with Mitchell and the jeep Cherokee Laredo I tested. I found my perfect car and it was thanks to Mitchell. Jimmy worked with us to find me the perfect price and Mirna was very kind and help us finance the vehicle. I am grateful that this dealership has a strong, positive and helpful team. I will forever be grateful that I was able to have a great buying experience with them. I recommend everyone to try to shop around and they will discovered that no one has a better product or better sales person, like Mitchell, than Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership.

This place is amazing!! From start to finish our experience was seamless. We were lucky enough to work with Daniel R. and were immediately comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained every feature of the car and all the new technology I'd have to get used to as I was coming from a 14 year old Jeep that clearly doesn't have such things.
Buying a car is a big commitment both financially and emotionally and I am so glad to have stumbled upon this dealership who made the process so easy and stress free. The whole team showed great professionalism and care and made sure to answer all of our questions.
