Seth set me up with an awesome deal on my 2015 Forester XT. So good I flew from Arizona to pick it up. These folks are ready to give you the best service and care about their customers. I highly recommend Seth, he's a honest salesman and will work to get you what you're looking for. It was great to purchase a car from another enthusiast as well. Still loving the car, no regrets at all!

Mr. Ruben Granados is exceptionally great with his job. He loves his job and you can tell. He treats people with respect, he is honest, he only gives you the best. When you're looking for a Subaru, this is a great dealership to work with! I had the help of Seth Chadwick. Being in Santa Monica, the used Forester XT I was interested in was at quite a distance from where I live, but Seth was willing to answer my questions and spend time showing the car to my son who lives in LA on my behalf. My son enjoyed his test drive, but had some questions about the cosmetics of the car. With Seth's help, the car was detailed and put into pristine condition and double checked for any mechanical issues. When I came see the car in person, I found an attentive staff waiting for every step of the purchase, including recommending a place to grab lunch after a long day's travel!

Everett Armstrong was my salesperson at Subaru Santa Monica. He is knowledgeable, polite , caring and patient. He did not pressure me at any time during my investigation of the car I purchased or the test drive. I call ed him with questions after our initial meeting and he responded in a very timely manner. I am learning the new features of he vehicle and he will help me any time I need assistance. If you decide to look at or purchase a Subaru vehicle I highly recommend you ask for Everett Armstrong. I guarantee your experience will be outstanding.

Subaru is my family! Arturo Figueroa who helped me lease my new Outback, treated me like a precious family member. He was extremely knowledgeable about all Subaru products and listened to my needs. We then chose the Outback. Arturo then helped me in the negotiations. He was a trusted voice. The Subaru family should be extremely proud to have such a trusted person on their sales team.

Had my oil changed and an air bag recall repair. Provided me with a new Mercedes sedan courtesy car for my use while they had my car. Ruben Granados was my point of contact. He was courteous and did a good job coordinating the repair. I bought my Outback at Subaru Santa Monica and have always had it serviced there. They have kept it in great condition. I look forward to them reopening their remodeled facility in the coming months.

Subaru Santa Monica continues to deliver on their amazing service. I recently had to have some engine troubles repaired. Alex Anaya and the entire staff of the service department were nothing but professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make the entire process go as smoothly as possible. Alex answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and even arranged for a loaner vehicle. As an added bonus, their waiting room has this really cool coffee/espresso machine--the little details count! These guys do excellent work to keep my Subaru Outback 2013 looking great and running in tip top shape. I'm very grateful for the trustworthy and professional service.

We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted -- without the stress and hassle I never want. Sean Kent was there to help from beginning through to the end. He did a great job of making sure we understood all the options, pluses, and any minuses that might be involved. He was even able to do a little better than the Costco price -- so this guy is a star. All things considered -- I'd have to say I'm very happy with the experience, the purchase, and the attention I received from Sean and the dealership.

My second flawless and outstanding experience with this dealership.
I had the luck to work with Veronica Simon, Danny Hernandez and Trai Boyd. I command this team for being exceptionally patient, helpful and conscientious to my needs and circumstances. Not only they found the best deal and car, but were not pushy and I was not just another number.
I had to change my decisions several times and each time I was accommodated with exceptional patience, understanding and willingness to help with my challenges. This approachable and modest team was incredibly flexible and considerate.
If you have a negative perception of car salesmen, visit them and you'll have very effective experience of changing your negative stereotypes.response / report this review -

Our experience at Santa Monica Subaru was for the most part a good experience. We had the pleasure to work with Vance Walden he was was very attentive and personable. We felt assured that he would be able to get us what we were looking for. We would like to also thank Frank for getting us the best percentage rate possible for our car loan. Over all we are happy with our purchase at Santa Monica Subaru.

My husband and I can't begin to express what a great experience we had at Subaru Santa Monica. Everett Armstrong was absolutely exceptional. He was friendly, approachable, and did a wonderful job of telling us about the vehicles we were interested in as well as the company's values and fielding any questions we had - all without making us feel like we were getting "the hard sell". We will be seeing Everett for any of our future needs and would highly recommend any potential buyers to ask for him - the best sales experience we've had at a dealership.

I highly recommend Veronica. I told her the type of automobile I was into over the phone. When I got to the lot I found she had secured the perfect car for me; a luxurious little gem right up my alley!! Veronica provided great customer service. She was approachable, down to earth, and makes one feel comfortable.
I can say the same for the rest of the team. They're all customer service oriented, cool and collected. Overall, great service, cars and prices! This team will go the extra mile to get you the best deal as well. I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly happy!!response / report this review -

I had a terrific experience at Subaru Santa Monica. I didn't want to rush into making a decision so I went multiple times, and they patiently answered all my questions without once trying to push me into buying. I had originally planned to buy used, but ended up buying new since the price wasn't much different.
Many thanks to Vance Walden, whom I very much enjoyed working with. He took all my questions and concerns seriously and worked with me to get the perfect car! I am very grateful to him. Thanks to Everett Armstrong and Frank who also assisted.
The only part of the experience I did not enjoy was when I when I talked to financing. The salesmen tried to push me into buying an extended warranty despite me stating clearly that it was out of my budget. I know he was doing his job, but this stood in stark contrast to the pleasant and comfortable experience I had while shopping for the actual car and slightly soured my overall Subaru experience.
Overall my experience was great and I will recommend my friends to visit Subaru Santa Monica, and to ask for Vance. Thank you!response / report this review
