Today I went Center BMW in Sherman Oaks and I met Jordan Simon who help us getting our new BMW 320i for my son. I really appreciated his help and I will give him the best review (5 stars). I searched the entire West Coast to find a specific CPO BMW 328d and ended up finding it at Center BMW. Anita Lee is the salesperson I worked with and she made the entire process efficient and problem free. She had the car washed and ready and helped move the process along quickly. If you are buying from out of state, or just want to have a smooth buying experience, go with Anita. She is not your typical car salesperson. She knows cars and and is an enthusiast herself. Ali in finance deserves a special shout out as well. He was patient and extremely helpful. I really appreciated him taking extra time explaining the extended warranty options without putting pressure on me. Employees are what make a business and Center BMW is extremely fortunate to have both Anita and Ali.

Anita at Center BMW helped me out after I contacted her team online about a 428 I was interested in. I had told them what time I would be there, which was an hour before they closed, and Anita was waiting for me and we quickly got to test driving the car. Not having to wait and having an associate assist quickly was a huge plus. After the test drive we got back and quickly worked out some numbers and I finished signing my paperwork and was out in 2 hours. I don't think buying a car has ever been this easy. Minimal haggling and I came away with the car I wanted. During the process Anita was great and I highly recommend her and the dealership, very nice and friendly people.

I went in with a family member while she got her car serviced on a Friday. I was thinking about trading in my Toyota Corolla, but I wasn't completely decided. We walked around the lot and we were greeted by Bob. He took the time to show us all the models and showed us the differences between them all. He took us out for a test drive and showed me all the cool features the car had. When we got back to the dealership he offered us waters, coffee, fruits, and cookies. We talked a little bit about how trading my car in would work since. I needed to think about it and Bob was kind enough to give me his personal cell number. He did not push the sell and he was very informative.

I went back Saturday morning, traded in my Corolla and left with a 2014 BMW 328i with the M package. The best part? There isn't a major price difference in what my payments are. Bob worked with finance and his manger to get my payments as low as possible with GAP and Maintenance included.

BOB is definitely the person to go to if you're looking for a new car!

Every person I interacted with at Center BMW was friendly and very attentive. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I don't write many reviews, but couldn't wait to write one for this BMW dealership.

I know that BMW consistently makes a hell of a car, but I have to say that dealerships are sometimes hit or miss. It's just the nature of the business it seems. This dealership - particularly their service department - defies that general rule about auto dealerships. I have brought my 2014 i3 a few times now. Every time I walk in, I feel valued from the moment I walk into the service department. From the hellos of the beautiful ladies working there, to the presence and attention of the service associates. I had the pleasure of working with Dennis B. as my service associate, and man, he rocked my socks off. I now have a new level of understanding of how a customer 'can' be treated in any customer service circumstances. I now try and implement how I was treated by Dennis, treat my own customers the same way.

Look forward to my next BMW purchase happening at this dealership. I trust they will take good care of me.

We got our 740i from Center BMW. Our salesman, Jordan, worked with us the whole time, crunching all sorts of numbers for us, showing us this car and that car. He worked the deal and, even though weren't actually expecting to buy a car that day, we just could not pass on the amazing deal Jordan made for us. They were really fair with my trade-in, too. I would definitely recommend not only Jordan, but the finance manager, Ali, as well. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Typically, buying a car can be a hassle, but these guys made the process smooth and head-ache free. Thanks guys!

My sales representative Jaclyn was amazing! Unlike many sales reps in this field, I didn't feel any pressure to sign and she was straight forward from the beginning. She was very accommodating and worked tirelessly to get me what I wanted until the very end. I am so glad she was the one that approached me as soon as I entered the lot. I've been coming here for at least 7 years. I always get my service done here. They are always happy to take me - whatever time and day I want. A few years ago, I started working with Carmela, and have not worked with anyone since. She is fast and efficient, as well as sweet and always happy. I was with Beverly Hills BMW for more than 15 years. I came over to Center through word of mouth (and because of an address change) and they exceeded my expectations. I have been going to many BMW centers and I was rather impressed by the exceptional service of BMW Sherman Oaks in specific Heidi Tovaas! She is so professional and ever so gracious! She was able to get a technician David who was equally knowledgeable to do a test drive and really address all my concerns and listened to my endless ranting! She arranged to have a loaner for me as I had to get back to work and followed up with me by phone and email to update me on work progress! Thank you so much for such an excellent service!
