Dec 14, 2015. I just had something good happen for my boyfriend'scar in the shop at Russell's Auto Transmission on South Willow..they close at 5:30. Couldn't get there for that time so he knew how I needed my vehicle back so he said he'd go back to the shop for 7pm if I could get there! I was so happy. So not only did he go out of his way to help me but the bill was suppose to be around $850 to $875 then he told me $817. When I got there he told me just give him an even $800! Went above and beyond. Some nice people still left in this world and care about their customers! Thank you Tory! I'll be back when I need to be!
