Service above and beyond the call. My wife was very nervous about the check engine and brake lights on our Subaru. I asked them to do a quick diagnostic, and short time later my wife left with a minor repair accomplished and a surprisingly small bill. They are always helpful, accommodating, and above all, honest. We're big fans.

My first time into Merrimack Auto center and everything went off without a hitch! I appreciate the professionalism of Niki and Chad. I've had bad luck with auto repairs in the past and realize it's very difficult to find an honest and professional anything these days! Finally a place I can feel comfortable bringing my vehicles and know I won't get "fleeced" as they say. Highly recommended and my new first call shop!!

I was in a major bind years ago in need of 4 tires and Chad the owner, who is a solid guy, helped me out with some solid tires that lasted for years. I've even since had my timing belt, water pump, and such done at the other location. While I waited we talked football and stuff. Cool, down to earth guy. His wife was actually my high school english teacher - great lady. Typing this review proves I didn't take her class seriously. It's nice to have a trusting mechanic run an auto center like this. I don't mean that to be biased, but I would prefer to take my car there for any major work, cause now that i live near Worcester, most of my car repairs I just do myself if I can't get it to New Hampshire (and I ain't got tow truck money). I've had enough experience elsewhere where all I can say is this shop is the only place I trust and if an issue with my car didn't keep me from making the drive to New Hampshire, I'd get it fixed at Merrimack Auto every time.

I recently visited Merrimack Auto Center to have the front tires on my Honda Odyssey replaced and I have to say I was blown away! Chad's expertise is impressive and so is his staff. My son and I were greeted and ushered to the waiting room, which is more like a living room. Merrimack Auto Center is not your average "garage". You can tell that Chad and his staff truly care about you and takes a great deal of pride in his business. Thanks Chad!!

Top-notch customer service. I've made them my regular car mechanic, as they're fast, efficient, and always explain in good plain English what they recommend get done on the car. Great place!

I had Merrimack Auto Center do an inspection on a car that I was planning on buying and they went above and beyond to help me out. I wasn't able to bring to car to them since I was not in the area so they picked it up and dropped it off for me. They were also great about communicating with me and were always pleasant. If something does happen to my new car you bet I'll bring to these guys! Thanks!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! My first trip there and I will never go anywhere else!!! Chad & Steve care about the customer. Best customer service I have ever received. After being taken for a ride by another auto repair shop that didn't fix the problem, both Steve and Chad listened to my concerns, prior experience, and the noise. My car was diagnosed before I left with their (very nice) shuttle driver back to my office. Less than 2 hours later my car was fixed and fixed right! Everything was inspected, fixed, filled and I was treated better than I ever have been at any shop or dealer. I can't say enough good things. If you are in the area, there is NO reason to go anywhere else!

These guys are great. I drove down from Maine to check out a Honda Pilot in the area, and was short on time. I've never been to Merrimack Auto Center, and I chose them purely on the Yelp reviews that I read. I spoke with Chad and made him aware that I was coming down to check out a Pilot, and was wondering if he could give it a once over to see if there were any major issues. Chad got me right in, and quickly identified roughly $2200 worth of repairs that I would need if I purchased the vehicle. Furthermore, he got me in and out right away, so that I was able to get to work on time. What a great experience!
