After a miscommunication, they reached out to us and we went back up there and found exactly what we wanted. Our salesman was, Kevin. He was fantastic! Walked my fiance through when we got the keys to show us everything, and Kyle in financing should get a gold medal for having to put up with my fiance and his repeated phone calls. Thank you, guys for everything, and helping to get the deal done!!

I had to update this because this team is awesome. After purchasing my used Ford Escape which the owner still remembers when he saw me recently, my sister was in the market for a similar car. She lives down south and was looking up cars at her local dealership. She found one but they gave her the run around. Basically they didn't have the car there. I found it here they gave me all the information I needed and when I explained what was going on for my sister they offered to send it down to the other dealership that day. I don't know if they had a hand in this but she bought the car with an extended warranty for under what they were asking for. Genuine people who care about their customers. Thank you so much

Our buying experience at Russ Braunecker Cadillac and GMC was exceptional! This is the way an automobile dealership should operate! They were easy to work with, honest, and extremely helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Bryan Cox to anyone interested in purchasing a car. It was an overall tremendous experience and I would definitely purchase at this dealership again.

Service at Braunecker Cadillac, Buick, & GMC is outstanding. Steve, other staff, and mechanics are very capable in scheduling and performing services: routine maintenance, installing accessories, and doing warranty repairs. They have help me keep my 2015 Serria in excellent condition. Thank you so very much.

Oil change and a check of the truck as the transmission seemed to jrrk a little when coming to a stop. The vehicle was checked throughly and found no problem. But they did explain what was happening.
