  Had to go here to have a recall done for my Truck! They were friendly and courteous weren't pushy and they did a good job replacing my airbags. Nice people!

  My appointment was at 1:30 it's now 4:30 and I still didn't get the repair was told to come back tomorrow. All that I asked was for them to flash the body control module which I was told should only take 30 minutes maximum.

  You will not find a more honorable and capable car dealership anywhere. If you live in one of the bigger cities in the area I highly recommend you make the drive to Hoopeston and shop here. Five Stars is an understatement.

  I drove 4 hours to look at a pickup truck that they had. Upon arrival it was just as described to me over the phone by my salesman Cliff. Purchased the pickup. Made new friends and I will definitely give them a call whenever​ I am in need of a vehicle again.

  Service personnel were polite and very helpful. And the the owner Jennifer Shelby will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and ensure you receive quality service at a reasonable price. No add on fees like some other dealerships I have experienced. I did not purchase my Jeep from this dealership but they have provided service when needed. I will definitely purchase my next Jeep from here and highly recommend that you do the same!

  I have had the best car buying experience from the sales team at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Hoopeston. They are very friendly and go out of their way to go the extra mile for their customers. They were also priced better than any other dealer within 30 miles from where i live. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle.

  I have dealt with this dealership for several vehicle purchases, but the new ownership that took over in the Spring of 2015, is TERRIBLE. There is little in the way of follow up to concerns I had over items I ordered when I purchase my last vehicle from the dealership. I had to call weekly for three months before one piece was ordered. The trim that was supposed to be installed on my truck before I purchased was never ordered and I finally purchased it and had it installed at my own expense. Both items were part of the "We Owe You" document signed by the dealer. The service department is also sub par. I received a call about my Jeep and that the parts had not come in yet. I do not own a Jeep, but my parents do and they made the trip to the dealership to find out that the recall part was not in stock. I received the call at 930 and their appointment was at 10. its a 30 minute drive to the dealer. I am really not very picky about customer service and I actually instruct people on customer service. But I have begun using this dealer as an example of what not do. I just want to make sure people who look at reviews take the time to find a better dealer than this. It is a shame because the customer service with the previous owner (Dick Read) was excellent
