  My husband has purchased and has taken all his equipment there to get fixed and they do a Wonderful Job 👏 Hands done we will ALWAYS take our equipment there bunch of stand up guys!!

  I had a problem with my See Snake reel/camera and needed to have it repaired ASAP. Justin said they would look at it as soon as I brought it in to the shop. I dropped it off early in the afternoon. Darrell started working on it shortly after I dropped it off. They diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote to fix it. Darrell kept me updated on the progress. They completed the repair so I could pick it up before 5:00 that evening. I was back in business the next day with minimal interruption. Great job to both of you!

  This company said they fixed my sewer scope and did not, I started going back to AIS after that, they also could not fix my cleaning equipment. Ever since the other company left this place has been a mess. Cam was doing trade ins with equipment with us, because the equipment was no good. There were credits being applied towards brand new equipment. This companies owner Bob will not get the invoices together and call cam and ask him if we traded the equipment or not. Now these guy's are trying to collect on equipment that know we already paid for. At this point they are failing to come up with, or even talk to me about any and all receipts they have. Their customer service is horrible. If anyone else is having problems with this company get ahold of me. Safe Investment Home Inspections. I plan on filing with the Attorney General. All we need is three consumers that have been damaged to have them investigated.

  Runge Tool is one of Denver's original Family owned business's (from the 1970's) that sells, repairs, and rents construction equipment to professional contractors. Runge Tool has always been up front with me on options and pricing in-regards to repairing my construction equipment. Thank you for having this level of integrity.

  EVERY SINCE CHICK LEFT THE PLACE HAS WENT DOWN HILL !!!!!!!!!!! END OF STORY THIS WAS AS IN PAST TENCE A GGOD SERVICE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! NOT NOW WITH STEVE RUNNING IT PERIOD .
