Very poor service and quality. Moved out two days after the payment came out and was told there would be no pro-rate even though that was never said.

At the time I was stressed. Moving from a home I lived all but 8 yrs. Long story, recovering from illness, no one but 1 highly addicted & broke sibling offers to assist. I made it clear Thursday was only day I COULD NOT be there. He sets it up 4 Thurs w/my money covering outrageous amts. 8 hrs paid, worked 4 at most. I was not aware whomever is the one slapping down the $(even though my brother DID make it clear it was my belongings. Had to go in his name) He was given all needed to enter and exit storage. Employees were as helpful as they cld be, but rules were rules.He was legally the one renting storage and I assume contents also. To my utter SHOCK 1st time at storage all but junk was gone. I called the day before rentingto ask if ok via another person was bringing pmnt etc. out. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS NOT TOLD HOW ITS SETUP WLD BE. I'm now faced w/buying all new everything. Stor all is GREAT, very helpful. My screw up, painful lesson learned. Dont fear to, ask ask ask.
