Just got allowed to entered in overnight parking lot at 11.55pm appointment for 7 am tommorow. So far it's nice & clean and has lots of room lest see how's goonna go at morning.. Lady was humbal at security guard.

Always busy here. Check in go park on right until your vibrator goes off. Open doors back in door. Green light guard will have your bills. Botta Bing Botta boom

My husband requested that I write a review. He told me about a young lady working the guard booth that exhibited such great patience. As he pulled up she was explaining to a driver the process but he didn't understand what she was saying due to a language barrier she took the extra time so that he could understand what he needed to do; then another guy walks up. She demonstrated what the pager would do. She let them explain what they heard. After taking care of them with a smile she greets me checks me in I go park. Closer to my appointment time I walk to get my pager; there she is again taking the extra time to ensure the drivers understands what she is explaining to them. She was amazing. I appreciate the amount of compassion she had for them.

Definitely Wal-Mart,Sams Club, etc. warehouses should learn from Costco. Costco staff so nice, and there are really fast to unload you. LOVE COSTO!

GREAT PLACE!!!!! Walmart, Sam's Club ETC.!! Come HERE TO COSTCO & LEARN WHAT YOU SHOULD & NEED TO!!!! Parking Spaces, Restroom Facilities, QUICK UNLOADING, NO LUMPERS, AND MOSTLY.. POLITE & CURTIOUS PEOPLE!!!!! Would come here ANY DAY!!! THANK YOU COSTCO !!!!!!

Decent costco.

Appointment time 8am. 12 plts.
In: 7:40am
Out: 8:15am
As of today, 06/02/17 street parking is allowed (read: nobody knocks on your door in the middle of the night and threatens to call cops if you don't leave), although it does say private property blah blah blah, no parking. This is a 4-lane street (2 lanes in each direction) and you will be blocking the right lane. The good thing is that its not so busy and there are only 2 more warehouses located here besides Costco. Plus there will be a lot more trucks parked here with you.
Side note: I'm almost 100% certain that trucks will be banned to park on this street in the nearest future. This is a newer place, and it still looks nice and clean, however there are already signs of "trucker presence" here. Trash bags on the grass, pee bottles, oil spillsresponse / report this review -

Overnight parking is only for deliveries for 0700 the following morning or earlier. There are several large new vacant buildings around the area and I just camped out in one of those parking lots. Staff was very friendly. In & out in an hour. Very smooth operation.
