Terence, and Durrell were awesome!!!!! They were VERY VERY HELPFUL. They got my grandmother into the vehicle that she wanted, with $1 down. Whoop whoop!!!! Great place!!! They didn’t try to bully my grandmother into buying just any car. They were very patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks Auto connection!!!!!!!🤗🤗

My experience was great. Durrell was my sales agent and he did a dynamic job of getting me into a car that fits me. He wasn’t pushing me into just anything he to took his time and made sure I understood everything. I will be returning. Also this is a great place all around they help you no matter your situation. Great job auto connection of Newport News!

It was an amazing experience! I went to MULTIPLE dealerships (Franchises and local) before the auto connection and no one could help me. I walked in to the dealership thinking I would get the same result, no help. The auto connection was able to work with what I had..which honestly wasn't much and get me in to a car that was beautiful, clean, 2012 and in my price range! I will definitely be recommending everyone here!

The best team ever! They make sure that you get the best vehicle at a great price. I had a budget and they made sure i find one in my range. I would definitely recommend someone to this place. They are absolutely amazing people!

Today, I've experience the best customer service I've ever had or witness at The Auto Connection in Newport News, VA. I was mainly assisted by Lauren Jarvis-Stutts and the manager, Terrance. The both of them are very friendly, customer-oriented, informative, and respectful. The other staff members were great too! The place had a family type of vibe to it. I never felt as if I was being persuaded to purchased just any car on the lot--they listened to my needs and concerns to help me narrow down the best options for me.
I actually drove all the way from Dublin, VA, which is close to a 5 hour drive, just to purchase my car at this specific location due to a recommendation from a family friend. I highly recommend them. They have pretty good benefits with purchases.response / report this review -

The sales guy I worked with name was Durell Finch. He was very professional, and didn't stop until he got me the best deal possible. They were very patient with me while waiting on my insurance and other issues to be corrected. I would recommend the Newport News Auto Connection to any and everyone who are in search of a vehicle. My only issue is that I couldn't give them more than five stars.

The sales associates are quick to help you as soon as you walk in the door. They are very professional and are willing to work with you and your budget. I highly recommend buying a car from auto connection. They have pretty cars that are in great condition with low miles.

Awesome Experience. Everyone at this location is super friendly. I worked with Lauren and she was great! She had the perfect car for me and allowed me to borrow a booster seat to test drive the car with my young son. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to make a fresh start! I purchased a Jeep Patriot and was pleased with the service. The driver side tire had low pressure which they took care of. Four days, 7 days gone by and I'm still putting air in. Took it back and service guy told me problem was fixed. So why am I still putting air in it the next day. Finally took jeep to tire place. Nail in tire and passenger front had dimples. Anything could of happened to me especially since In days I was traveling out of state. This was reckless of them as they put my life on the line.

My experience with The Auto Connection in Newport News on Jefferson was excellent! Jermaine was our salesman. He made sure this experience was not painful at all! And Keith, the manager, was extremely helpful and flexible and did everything he could to work with me and not against me. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who is looking to get a new used car! Next time I am in the market, I will definitely come here first.

I must say this is the 2nd time that I've ever purchased a car and the experience was like no other. The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. They were very straight forward about what would realistically be best for you. I did not feel like all they wanted was the sell. Everyone all the way up to management made me feel comfortable about my purchase, and let me know that they are there to answer any questions up to and after the purchase of my vehicle. I am truly satisfied that I did not go anywhere else the 2nd time around! Thank you Auto Connection for making me feel like family!
