Here you go again! Right on Time, Great Communication with what, how and why you were doing all the different things to replace my water heater. It is amazing to think that you were the contractor that installed that old water heater - yes - 19 years ago! and I never once had a problem until now! Imagine that- hopefully this one will last that long! And the Clean up was amazing! You guys Rocked it!

Dave took care of my recent heating problem. It was done quickly, efficiently, correctly, and in a totally professional and friendly manner. He fully explained what the problem was and made sure things were working as they should before he left. I heartily recommend Dave as your repair tech guy when the need arises for AC or heating service. I sure do know that I will not hesitate.

Absolutely outstanding service! American Mechanical is a great business full of extremely compentant and responsive professionals.

I called American Mechanical Saturday afternoon because my furnace heating system was not working. Mr. Harris quickly called me back to address my concerns. Through our discussion, he spent over an hour helping me trouble shoot the system (which I had done previously to no avail) until we figured it out.

Although he was more then willing to come to our home, his thoroughness and professionalism over the phone worked. Moreover, he likely saved my family and I several hundred dollars. I give Andre Harris and American Mechanical - five stars!

These guys did everything right from the first call on a early Sunday morning, which was promptly returned by super tech Rob Smith, to finishing the job! Rob quickly diagnosed the problem, was careful and clean in our home, and gave us a fare price. Very impressed, so we even signed up for the annual service plan! BOOM! Nice work Rob, and the whole team @ American Mechanical.

To a person, everyone at American Mechanical was personable, helpful, respectful, and reliable. John Gordon was the expert who described to me and my wife our options (emergency generator), answered our innumerable questions with patience, and turned our decisions into a work plan. Lou handling my follow up calls, Nick handling all the scheduling, then Tim, Bobby, and Tom doing the installation. Every promised timeline was met or bested, and each of the team did their job with an obvious pride in their trade and their determination to make Am Mechanical the standout in the industry locally. How great air conditioning is! My wife and I come from a cool weather area and do not do very well with the heat. So when our a/c system unexpectedly went dead on us we frantically called an electrician who was recommended to us by a neighbor. He couldn't come until the next day and then he charged us $105.75 just for the service call but he couldn't diagnose what was wrong. Fortunately, my wife recalled the name of American Mechanical from years ago. Well, we called them and David Johnson was in our home before we knew it. This technician is incredible! He recognized the problem, patiently explained it to us and magically restored clean, cool air to us. My wife and I are an elderly couple and we usually don't feel comfortable with strangers in the house. But David is such a kindhearted man that he put us at our ease and made us feel secure just like when a grandchild visits.

Extremely happy with AM! When we realized neither of our HVAC units were working in 95 degree weather, we were frantic to get them replaced quickly. We got 3 quotes for 2 new systems from 3 different providers, including one we've used faithfully for 13 years.

AM was easily the best quote, had the best financing, and got out here super fast. On top of that, the job they did was impeccable. Dave, Ryan, and John did an awesome job getting the units installed and running smoothly for us in record time. I've never been so happy with a contractor as we were with these guys. They're going on our quick contacts list!

We had a bad clogged drain in our kitchen and American Mechanical, Inc sent out Rich P. Everything about this service call was top notch. Rich P. gave me a courtesy call the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did he unblock the clogged pipe but he also gave me some useful tips on how to keep our pipes clear of grease build-up. Disclosure do not use harsh chemicals !! I will highly recommend American Mechanical, Inc and Rich P. for any plumbing issues you may have. Good job!

Tony J supervised my AC, Air Handler installation and thermostat. He made sure that drop cloth was placed to keep the job site clean. He is friendly and very knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic of his profession. He offered his time to show us how the thermostat operates. His helper (we don’t know his name) did most of the attic work, cleaning, and etc, we also recognized his work. Very good work Tony.

Tony supervised my AC install. As crew leader he made sure that drop cloths were placed to keep the job site clean. He also made a few suggestions to improve upon what was originally planned for the install. He is very knowledgable and an excellent manager of his professional install team. He was also very helpful to me by answering all my many questions. Excellent job by good people. Dennis S and Bill K were also part of this winning group. Dennis did most of the attic work and suffered through the heat in a valiant manner while Bill K filled in with any odds and ends that needed doing.

Power suddenly quit going to my second floor AC unit. Outside unit received power just fine. Based on the reviews on google, I elected to call them to take care of it. Was quoted an $85 diagnostic fee to determine the issue. While the issue was being determined it was discovered that the circuit breaker was a little loose, and simply needed to be pressed harder. Once this was done, the problem was fixed. I was charged an additional $42 in addition to the $85 diagnostic fee to fix my problem. After calling the company and telling them my concern that the extra $42 seemed a little much, I was told that the "fixing" fee minimum is different than the diagnostic fee, and the minimum to fix is $42. Additionally, although minor, my power box is behind a small plastic shelving unit. It was moved by the technician to access the panel, yet not put back before he left. Honestly, the technician was nice, but the cost for the small work that was done was excessive, hence the 3 out of 5 stars. I would have been more than happy with the $85 diagnostic fee, because the problem was fixed during the diagnosis, even if it was fixed in the first 3 minutes of him arriving. $127 to press hard on a circuit breaker is a bit much.

Tony and Dennis were awesome!! I am so happy with my new Trane A/Cs and gas furnaces - the install was awesome even though the weather was the WORST ever. As the lead, Tony went the extra mile to ensure my wood floors were protected from the weather, the old equipment was extracted without incident, and the new system was installed seamlessly. Tony and Dennis answered all of my questions and indulged me as i watched throughout the install. I was so exited about the new system and they were so willing to answer my questions. really a great experience all around. Thank you American Mechanical for sending the very best!
