Absolutely horrible experience last night. I order $45 worth of food. Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery. Order came on time. Paid $50 in cash ($5 tip). As soon as a opened my order I realized I was missing 3 items. Total of missing items was $18.40.
I call immediately and explained was I was missing and told I would be taken care of. I then called back 30 minutes later to be told. Y order was on the way and had left the building. I live 5 minutes from the store. Called back 24 minutes later and told the same thing. At 1 hour and 15 after the first call I called again. Was told my order was on the way. At this point I explained I live 5 minutes away and my order should had been here I called a hour and 15 minutes ago. I requested my food be brought or given a refund for the food I was missing. The man cussed me out told me I wasn’t getting my food or a refund. Told me to “F” off. Cussed me out for a good minute and half. I had to people listening to the call because he was on speaker phone. I have been a customer for 7 years. Never once have I had an issue. This is how you treat a long time customer?
I will be filling a report with BBB.
All of the bad reviews are people being super picky and stupid! This restaurant may not be elegant but they do server great food! Never a bad experience in the 3 years i have gone. Kudos!
Food was fresh and hot! Not your typical processed from a can Chinese food. Egg rolls were crisp, rice fluffy, and the chicken tender and flavorful, and the service was friendly and fast. I wish I lived closer. I'd eat there every week!
The food is consistently good. They usually deliver quickly.
Good food, fast service. The lunch special from 11am to 3pm is a great deal.
Amazing Chinese food! I come here every week to get food and it always turns out excellent! Wait times are fair for fresh food.
The best Chinese around. I've ordered from over 7 different Chinese places in the area. Hands down, AMAZINGLY delicious food!
We've order close to 15 different things on the menu so far. Their lo Mein is always delicious and their spice level is perfect.
This is our "go to" Chinese take out. You WON'T be disappointed!
Great food, prices and people
Love the chicken and broccoli combo. My comfort food when I do not have time to cook my own. If you drive by at night, some of the letters are out, so it becomes "yal wok," which seems oddly appropriate for Huber Heights. It's hard to go wrong: good food, reasonable prices, and quick!
I order from here once a week. When i was in a car accident and my hubs was at work they kept me from starving to death. They always asked how I was and were very fast and friendly. I am now a loyal customer.
Hard to say 3 or 4 stars; this is a typical American Chinese takeout with a few small tables in a completely plain dining room. On the phone you may think they're rude (I always laugh at the identical end of my calls to place an order: "Tenminutesthankyoubye", all one word), but they're actually very nice, just rushed. Delivery is surprisingly fast, even if they don't say it will be, with a minimum order of $15 and a small delivery fee. I don't care for the American staples with sticky sauces here, but their shredded chicken in garlic sauce is phenomenal - sauteed unbreaded chicken breast in a light spicy brown sauce. They'll gladly customize veg and spiciness, although you may not get as spicy as you like even if you request it. If you stick to the non-deep fried dishes (except crab rangoon, which is yummy), you should find something you enjoy here.
