i passed my driving test there! I was really worried when I see comments online. when I get there, the lady was really nice and friendly. Well, it depend on ur luck, if you have a long black hair women examiner, you are lucky! I told her I was nervous and didn't even eat lunch, she made me very comfortable and less nervous. she made my day!
The worst Ohio BMV I have ever been to. When I first moved to Cincinnati 20 years ago, I was on my way to this location and stopped to ask a postman for directions. He told me how to get there but also gave me directions to another BMW and warned that the people at this location were very rude. Fast forward 20 years and I have been to this location a few times for motorcycle tests etc. Nothing has changed! None of the employees want to be here, they treat people like cattle. God forbid if you have a question, you can see people getting berated. This place is attitude central. Take that kind postman's advice, go to another BMV.
If you're thinking about taking your driving test here, don't even schedule it, staff was disrespectful, the sightest mistake and they'll fail you
This BMV is the best hands down. The ladies here are by the book but helpful and pleasant. They are aware customers have to wait and try to be efficient.
i'm not from around sharonville but i called and they can get me in early to take my test. the town i am from is kind of small but i'm an okay driver. can someone please let me know if the driving test here is difficult? or what to expect. i'm super nervous.
The driving instructors each place $10 at the beginning of the week to see how many people they can failat the end of the week whoever failed the most people get all the money. I didnt believe it at first until i was there to take my driving test and witnessed it myself. This driving instructor was doing a pattern, he passed somebody, failed somebody, passed somebody and then failed me. He failed me because my turn signal went out. Which doesnt make any sense cause after turning the turn signal will turn off automatically. So now I have to take 4 hour online course plus 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are very rude unfair and mean.
They were able to get the job done. Don't understand why people are giving bad review for this friendly neighborhood BMV. People these days expect the staff to be all happy and dandy and ask how their day was and where they got their make-up and hair done, but the staff of this BMV have to deal with and provide service for all the local citizens of Sharonville, and the job can be long-hauling and can get pretty stressful. Though this shouldn't be used as an excuse, but cut them some slack. Want fast service? Don't go during busy hours (figure it out). I walked in, the wait was fair, and I was prepared with all of my paper/documents--and they took care of me. Happy as a kite.
These people are so rude the wait is so long. This one employee was so rude and yelling at us to get out once we finished what we were doing and waiting for someone. Our sibling was coming and it hit the closing point and they said he couldn't go in even when he was like a minute late. I suggest everyone not to go here and find a better place where they are nice and responsible! Thank you.
The wait was long but the staff was polite. Nobody should expect no line no wait on a Saturday. The staff gets you taken care of in an expeditious manner once your number is called. Being realistic with your expectations helps. Being there on a Saturday afternoon isn't unreasonable.
So I'm pretty sure writing a whole review and then some while waiting in line, would show what you can do whilst waiting in line.
It's ture that most DMV are atrocious and take forever these guys seem to take it a step farther. Avoid this place around lunchtime if you can. You'll spend the entire time there. They all seem to go to lunch at the same time as well leaving one person for the 30 in the waiting room.
Yes there are times they are on top of it. If you can manage to go after 1 your chances are better that you could get out in a half an hour.
AND TIP: There are numbers on the corner of the counter. Make sure you grab one as soon as you get in and listen for your number. Some of the ladies are kinda quiet.
Weekends really suck up here but week days are really nice.
They're just so crowded up here during the weekend
Long wait and hardly any available parking spaces.
My mom needed a/an Ohio ID.
Not always easy dealing with handicap senior citizens.
However, once we were waited on by MS Phyllis.
She was patience understanding and pleasant.
She made the process smooth and easy.
