Very cute place. Love the set up and how the sinks have steps for the dogs, but are a perfect height for humans. Love they offer grooming services as well as self serve.

I honestly would say not to come here . I have a toy poodle and I told them to trim around the face and the shaved it. We usually go to Pets Mart but wanted to try something new. I honestly would recommend Pets Mart. This made me so mad. And my dog still doesn’t smell good after a 30 minute grooming session.

Every one here is always so nice. Our dog isn't a fan of getting his nails clipped but they manage to put him at ease and finish the job quickly. Prices are very reasonable. I love the convenience of the bays to wash your pet. It's so much easier than doing it at home.

Always take my dogs here. One of them is very difficult, however the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure he is fully groomed and we are satisfied.

Mandy's is great, the people are so nice and knowable answering all my questions. I take my pup there Saturday and give him a bath, I love the tall tubs as I have a bad back and can stand upright to wash him.

I had a miniature Australian Shepherd for 15 years. I am very particular who grooms my dog. I used one of Mandys employees for several years and she was great then she left. I began taking Boo to Mandy herself. We were always close Mandy and I as her mother in law was going through something very similar that I had to go through as well. Sadly Boo passed away in July of 2016 and we went to a shelter and adopted a Newfoundland black lab mix. I took pixie there the first time and Mandy called to tell me how sweet she was. The next time my husband took Pixie and she was scared to death of his truck and she went to the bathroom in his truck. My husband asked for help with something to clean up his truck and no help was offered. He came home very angry. He said he was treated very rudely. I admit I have a very big problem with punctuality and getting my 150 pound fog in my car was no easy task. I have had cancer and 14 surgeries on my right leg. So moving around is sometimes rather difficult. The next time we made an appointment we were told if we were more than 15 minutes late we would have to reschedule. It took us 20 minutes to get Pixie in the car. I called in route to say we are almost there and we were no more than 5 minutes late. The person who answered the phone said one moment. She came back and said Mandy said you have to reschedule. I said I have a message that you said if I was 15 minutes late and we aren't. So I had to have a meltdown to have my dog groomed. She was getting a special treatment as well to supposedly reduce shedding. Mandy said it would be about 4 hours till she was ready. One hour later we got a call she was ready for pick up. Needless to say if a treatment was given it didn't work. When I called her to let her know it didn't work Mandy said she wasn't shedding when she left the shop. I was shocked at her disregard for me. After that it all went downhill at a rapid pace. I sent many customers to Mandy because I thought the world of her and I knew she loved my dog and would never hurt her. I just want to say Mandy hurt my feelings very badly and was very short with me . After all the years of going there I was so dissapointed. I haven't been back. I feel Mandy felt she had many more clients . She did not want to deal with me any longer. She also worked at her shop a lot less than she used to. So unfortunately after many years we have parted ways. I feel like she never cared about me or either of my dogs. I think her business got big enough customer service was lost. She has never once called and said she no longer wanted to deal with me but actions speak louder than words.

Love this place! I tend to spend a decent amount of money each time I go because I have a large dog but they have a great staff. Everyone there is very helpful! I have a 100 lb dog and I usually buy three tokens and spend $15 and then I buy a bone at the end! My dog loves it here!

Prices are reasonable. Costumer service needs improvement. CSR's answer phonecalls like they work at fast food restaurant. Being polite goes long way

Three stars because not all groomers listen to what you want you dog to look like. One groomer did a wonderful job while the other did not. When I went to explain what I didn't like I was given an attitude.

This place is perfect. A great idea for the dog owner. The self wash area is a dream come true. Handy, inexpensive, and you can keep your little varmints clean easily even in the winter months. Go here, it is worth it.
