Chad has been excellent! Seriously, I have never had a better experience with buying a car. He follows through with everything he says and is an absolute pleasure.

Visited the lot at least 3 times before buying and all 3 sales men were very good. Chad, Brennan, and Melissa all were really helpful. Th me only issue I had was on the 2nd trip to the lot, I already knew which car I wanted, a deep blue 2015 Mazda 6 Touring. As Brennan and I sat down to do the paper work, another family started looking at the car I wanted and took it for a test drive. So Brennan and I rushed to fill out the financing info and turned it in before the family got back from the test drive. Well I guess the manager decided the family deserved the car more than me because he sold it to them instead of me. This was extremely disappointing. I still ended up buying a silver Mazda 6 from them because their prices are decent and all 3 salesman were really cool. The infotainment system in the car is a little clunky and seems to work with my phone only about 50% of the time. All in all 5 Stars for Chad Brennan and Melissa. 1 Star for the manager that shows clear favoritism.
That one manager ruined the experience for me, especially because I told all 3 salesmen that a family member of mine wanted to buy a 2015 CX-5 they have sitting on the lot. Sadly I have suggested that they look at another dealership.response / report this review -

I will never come back to this Mazda! The service department is by far the worst I’ve came across. I brought me car in because it had an issue, and instead of being told what was the problem of my car, I was accused of damaging my vehicle. I was also lied to about the Mechanical issue of my vehicle. While my vehicle was there I was called 4 times and was told 4 Different reasons as to why my car was having a mechanical issue. I thought they were supposed to diagnose the car first? The service team don’t care about helping, only about money! If your car has an issue DONT BRING IT TOO MAZDA OF ROYAL PALM! Mazda of Delray is way better and they care about their customers. I wouldn’t come back to this Mazda if they were giving away 4 brand new tires and mines were all flat in the middle of nowhere with a dead cellphone and no one in sight!!!

Steve the financial manager and Louisa the expert and experienced sales representative truly went above and beyond for me without hesitation. From the first moment walked in. I was greeted with a warm "Is their anything I can help you with today? " As opposed to every other dealership where they immediately ask what kind of car are you looking to buy today? Or how much are you going to put down? Believe me I know I went lot to lot dealership to dealership until I finally walked into Royal Palm Mazda. I was so impressed with their kindness and honesty I knew this was the place I was going to buy my vehicle. Louisa took her time without wasting mine and found me my dream car. When I told her I didn't have all the money for a down payment yet she was happy to accept what I had now and trusted me to pay the rest when I got my next paycheck to make sure I got the car I wanted and won't have to settle for what was available then. Steve the financial manager clearly and honestly explained everything very clearly and honestly advised me what I needed to get and what I really didn't need based on my needs and financial situation. He's was truly a pleasure to work with!! No pressure during the entire buying experience only informed recommendations coming from years of experience!

Car searching is extremely stressful, let alone car buying! My salesman Kiel is the definition of a nice person! If your considering Mazda in Royal Palm, ask for him! No jokes, no hassle!
Of course - everyone has to do their job so know the tips and tricks to buying a car, because once you leave the salesman, you have to convince the next one in line on price, etc.
Sean at the service desk is very professional, and extremely helpful! So is Anthony. Bought my car 3 weeks ago, and I have to say I'm grateful I bought it there!response / report this review -

Excellent customer service, I took my car for a break change and a factory piece replacement. Timothy Le provided outstanding care of the request, he was very profesional and helpful I wouldn't take my car anywhere else just because of the service they provided, they really care about the vehicle. I spend some time in there but really it was worth it.

Julian Martinez at Royal palm Mazda service department is absolutely fantastic when it comes to making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I have never experienced such great customer service before from any other place but every time I come to royal palm Mazda they make sure that I am completely satisfied, that I am taking care of properly, and that my experience was delightful. Thank you!

Props to Royal Palm Mazda for helping me purchase a car after a hellish week-long experience with another dealer. Our salesman Arley was exceptionally patient, informative, and provided us with a quality of customer service I've never experienced during my many car shopping excursions. I'd highly recommend working with him - he knows his stuff. Our financial advisor Mallike was very thorough in helping us understand our many options, worked with us to find the most fiscally responsible plan, and gave us advice and navigation going forward in the future.

Awesome service department. Anyone can sell you a car, but to get consistently superior service is a great thing (for you and your car). I have been taking my Mazda to Royal Palm for Service for 11 years and they are consistently excellent. Mike is the Service Manager and he really cares about the service everyone receives and the quality of work that is provided. Tim Le, one of the service managers is an absolute ROCK STAR when it comes to taking care of customers.

Royal Palm Mazda is one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. I am in love with my GMC 2015 Terrain. it was a great deal, thanks to Juan Pizarro. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had a lot of patience and I felt very confident with my purchase. i will definitely come back for my next one.
