  The customer service is fine, everyone is nice and polite. They don’t offer much for my nice name brand stuff, but I plan on donating whatever is left over anyway. No big deal to me.

  this was the one and only time ill go there. brought just a small pile of clothes and they did not even except a single item. when i ask why, the young girl said they only accept certain clothing and handed me a business card with items accepted. but the crazy part is mostly all my items were on the list on business card. then asked again and got the same reply, like it was rehearse. then while checking out, the young girl going thru clothes kept laughing and showing other workers the clothes saying are you serious, im not accepting that. just bad work ethics and they should hire mature workers. not little gitty girls, maybe they wont wear it, but im sure someone on a budget would. very unprofessional and immature.

  It was a bit clustered together but we found great deals! Name brands without paying high prices! We would love to in mens SIZE SMALL!!!

  This place is horrible! I took 9 bags worth of clothing there and they did not accept a single item! There is no way they even looked through all the clothes in the few minutes they spent "inspecting" my items. They advertise they buy all clothes, but they do NOT. Do not go expecting to get money. What a waste of time and effort! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will NEVER go back here or to any other Plato's Closets. TERRIBLE!
