Need to work on scheduling. When they say spend a day with us they mean the WHOLE day! My wife has been a patient here since2013 and we are always on time. Currently have sat in a room awaiting ct scan results for over an hour. Appointment:11:10am, results 12:30pm. No question they do great work here but lots of room for improvement.

From the registration to the labs to the genetics department, to pre-op, to the OR I was treated with the utmost kindness and was informed every step of the way. Staff was so professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommend if you ever had such a surreal diagnosis of Cancer, you go to Roswell.

Great job taking care of my dad! I owe them everything but if they are short handed they should get someone in cause calling 5 times just to request an itemized statement and no answers for a day is a bit rediculas.

From the beginning of my experience with Roswell on behalf of my mother it has been a pitiful nightmare! Extensive tests and conclusions were scheduled before we got results from the first test (EBUS) that was supposed to provide more information on potential treatment options. It seemed like a "speed race" but then we would be left waiting for extended periods when information was requested - actually no one ever called back. It is scarey to think that if my mother didn't have a family with enough awareness and common sense to ask questions what would have happened to her. Now I see how Medicare and Medicaid providers make their money - scheduling patients for a bunch of services whether they need them or not; don't answer questions, and patients are a number not a person so they are herded like cattle. Shame on you Roswell! And as a side note, when I explained that I lived in Texas and would need to schedule major procedures with that in mind I was told 'that's unfortunate'. I am relieved that my mother has decided against surgery due to the probable disaster (take the wrong lung or a limb) that would happen entrusting her to a team of people who are unresponsive & tight lipped medical professionals. Oh, and the doctor was over an hour late for an 8:00am appointment. She had to drive from 80 miles away. There may have been an emergency but we weren't offered the courtesy of communication while my mother and brother were physically there waiting with me on standby via telephone in Texas.

Visited for my 17th year and got great news.happy 17 years cancer free. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. Best place for treatment and you will always be encouraged and have the greatest cheerleaders here at RPCI. Dr. Hernandez is the best.

I jave all my dental done at roswell!!!!! Like NOONE is allowed to do my dental but them.. They caught the massive infection before it got worse before while every other dentist said it was in my head but if it wasnt for Roswell. Well who the h*ll knows how much sicker i would have gotten

Place sucks! 2 hours in waiting room for a scheduled doctors appointment, 1 1/2 hours in exam room waiting to see doctor! So wonder people hate going to doctors!

See my review on Yelp for the whole story but for now I listen to WBEN everyday, and this hospital is advertising like crazy! I'm sure it's because their service to patients is inferior to other choices and the word is getting out! They are hurting! Why else would you advertise SO much? They RUINED a big part of my life I can't be fixed!! DON'T let them ruin yours! Bill
