They claim to do Free Estimates, However this is not always the case, There is a $50.00 Charge if you are trying to price out repairs/Repair companies when buying a property. Disappointing & misleading, The reason provided was because the work may not be completed after providing the estimate. This is a risk with ANY estimate.

Quote "The $50 deposit is in place because although most of the time people have intentions to buy a home, anything can happen and the person may not end up buying that home after all (which we have seen first hand). Our estimators put in a lot of time to sit down a create draw ups/estimates and take pride in their work."

While it is polite response it does not reflect the "Free Estimates" that is advertised.

Dannex Construction recently completed a repair job on my home. The work was completed with full explanation of the steps involved and within the estimated time frame. The work crew arrived at the job site on time and worked in a very professional manner. The job area was cleaned at the completion of the repair. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat. They were very careful in planning our bathroom re-model, made sure that we liked what they were doing during every step of the process, answered all our e-mails promptly, arrived and installed everything exactly when they said they would, and the price for the job didn't change from the quote. There was a slight problem with the installation and they sent a guy out the very next day to fix it. They care a great deal about having the job done right. My wife notes that their clean-up wasn't perfect (she still had to clean up later), but she did agree that it was far better than any other contractor we have ever seen before!

WOW, we where selling a house and 1 week before closing the Dishwasher decided to start leaking! Ruined a finished basement ceiling.
Dannex saved the day! estimate that day, job complete in two days!
We had the picky-est real estate agent ever and she could not tell where the repair was done! Our project manager Gina was awesome!, and very communicative and as we live almost 2 hours away this was very helpful. Even though this was a super rush job the price was very reasonable with no overselling, It was a pleasure working with these folks, I think they are excellent at what they do!

World of Color: Quality work!! Daniel's crews have done multiple jobs for me over 5+ years, at my primary residence and at two of my rentals. They have done two bathroom remodels -- removed a wall and rewired lights and vent fan, tiled the shower, tiled both bathroom floors, painted. They installed hardwood floors in my primary residence; installed carpeting throughout a two-level single family rental house; tiled the fireplace hearth and surround in my primary residence; and many smaller projects at all locations. Daniel is insistent on quality work and checking to make sure the customer is happy with the results. On two occasions I requested a correction and redo on small details and he responded without question. He has trained his crews to understand his high expectation for quality and customer service. They are loyal, hardworking, polite, always show up on time, and totally clean up after their work is finished. I trust them implicitly with the key to my house and leave them alone to do their good work.
I will use no other contractor because I can rely on Daniel and his crew to deliver a quality job at a very reasonable cost
