Best dental office I've ever been to. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The office itself is always clean and well taken care of. I always feel comfortable going here, even amidst the pandemic.

I was a patient at Rosewood tunnel I had some things that need to be done with Covid that hit him I wasn’t able to get them done so I waited for their scheduled to open up many things need to be done with my teeth then I did have a root canal done and the partial filling came out I called rows with dental they said no I had to go back to him and he said no I had to go back to Rosewood dental so I had to go back-and-forth I worked with Covid patients and I was was having symptoms of Covid running fever cough not feeling good called 24 hours before my appointment their policy said it was 48 hours I never have heard of that and so now they’re charging me a $50 no appointment seeI think this is very unprofessional when Covid is permanent you’re supposed to stay home and you do not affect others and I did have all the symptoms and called so I am not happy with this $50 payment that I have to make to them because I called 24 hours before my appointment not happy

I had just moved in the area and needed a new dentist. When I called, they were very helpful. I was able to get in to replace my crown that had come off.
During the visit, the reception was great and the service was very efficient.
My first time was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to have their dental work here.

Expensive, overcharged me a few times. Never willing to give me an accurate amount due. Always an estimate on my Bill. Still saying I owe them money when I clearly overpaid for one tooth!!

I went into this office with a horrible toothache and a stomach-turning dread of the dentist. I hadn't seen one in years because the fear was so great. But the pain I felt won over the fear and Rosewood took me in with open arms. Years later, I am completely better! My teeth are so much healthier and they even fixed this gross tooth of mine. They are always kind and patient and they even let me wear headphones so I can listen to my personal music (which always helps me). I love this place.

The dentist is very nice and does a good job. However We had to schedule our appointments two months out (the earliest they had available). I spoke with them on the phone twice before my appointment, And went in to fill out paperwork, and no one bothered to mention that they don't participate with our insurance! We even had to call to get records transferred, and go in and sign for them! I was pretty much told after the fact by the person in billing that she didn't see what the big deal was, because sometimes their rates are comparable to what they can bill for. So basically, at least our insurance paid for some of it She was rude, made it seem like someone probably mentioned it but I misunderstood, and ended with, so do you want to take care of your bill now? Any one of the people I talked to could have mentioned that they don't participate, and in my opinion they knowingly omitted that information. A poor way to do business.

Been Coming to Rosewood for more than 2 years.
Every time I go in, I'm met with very friendly staff.
The dentist here is top of the line.
They also do orthodontics work here as well.
