The owner is a nice guy. He repaired my bike while I waited, explained things to me as he worked on the bike, and showed me the correct/easier way to take off my tire.

Very displeased with the response from James Turner directed towards my husband and I. First of all, I LOVE dogs we have 2 dogs of our own that my husband does not allow to jump on me now that I am pregnant and a 1 year old dog should be trained enough to not jump on customers if you have her in your store! I love petting dogs and will gladly play and love on them but the owner did not say anything when I would tell the dog to stay down. As for the mineral oil, I was standing there when the shop personnel told us that it was mineral oil that the bike took instead of brake fluid for the hydraulic bike brake lines, so to say he had “no idea until we left the store” is an outright lie! He had my husbands phone number to call and tell him the service was done so why couldn’t he call BEFORE they got the mineral oil? It would’ve took 2 seconds.. The fact that they lie shows how unprofessional they are and why I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Extremely disappointed in the service, first of all we love to shop local, but walking in had an untrained dog jumping onto my wife and I wanting to play and not staying down along with jumping on another customer when she walked in the door. Got a quote to do a service for my bike and was quoted an amount, when called the next day was told it was double the price because they had to go get an item needed for the service and the bike was done instead of calling ahead and asking if I still wanted the service for double the price I was told it would be. Very unprofessional and rude and when addressed asking why they wouldn’t call first was told “take your bike somewhere else next time”. Next time I will definitely be going somewhere else I won’t waste my time stepping foot in their door again to get treated that rudely and unprofessionally.

Best place to take your bike. Jim who works on the bikes is the best. Great place to have your bike fixed for the best price.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. We've had 4 bikes tuned up in the last 2 years and can't be more pleased with the service and turn around.

best shop for standard skate and bmx or any bike parts. right in town easy to get to and a great thing to have on saturday when you blow a bearing or bend a rim out at the skate park. service is top notch and they know what theyre doing. parts that dont have they can order and have them in in just a couple of days. selection is slightly limited when it comes to things like top of the line forks or bars. some longboard items in stock as well.

This is a great bike shop, located in the heart of downtown Charlotte Michigan. Service is top-notch and the staff know their stuff. Go ahead, ask them anything. Chances are they will provide you with more than just an adequate answer.
