Not worth the price, and the price keeps increasing. Should not cost 850 for a small 1 bedroom apartment. The pool is dirty, the fitness center has 5 things so it's bearly a gym. The hot tub is never open. The paint is awful. Will be moving when lease is up.
This place is awful. My sister just got an apartment here and the place she got is NOTHING like the showroom! The walls have been freshly painted white and it reeks of paint. The AC in the room also takes forever to turn on and even longer to cool off the place. The staff seem pretty nice, which is one of the only positives of Rosewood. It's expensive to rent here and it doesn't come with a microwave, hooks to hang kitchen wear on, bathroom cabinet, or rods to hang curtains with. The place just looks OLD with paint all over light switches, crusting in the corners. The showroom was nice with brown walls and a better countertop for the kitchen. The fireplace is old and needs cleaning so we won't be using it.
The only perks are a pool and fitness center, oh and a hot tub that doesn't even work.
To sum it up: we are very disappointed because this is not what we signed up for.
This is place is terrible. The people at the front office are always so rude. They came in a friend of mines place and went through all of their stuff they aren't allowed to do that. The maintenance people are rude they never want to fix anything. They complain about it everytime they have to come out here. This place is terrible. And there rent has gone up so high its ridiculous. I will never come back here ever.
Reached out to the property looking for a 3 month lease for a traveling nurse. The property said they only do 6 Mon Mins, but they could make an exception for a traveling nurse and do a 3 month lease. The day before the nurse was to move in the General Manager called to say they know they told us they could do the 3 month lease but Regional GM has said no (after we already accepted the proposed unit and finalized pricing). We reached out to the Regional to see if they can honor it since we already have a nurse on there way and they had already told us they would do it (after we waiting for approval). The Regional refused to honor the quote and our nurse was forced to stay in a hotel with all of her possessions packed in her car. The property was unwilling to honor an actual quote- I would Avoid this complex at all costs. Shady Business Tactics.
I was transferred for my job and when I went to turn in my notice I asked for all that I would owe, as my company takes care of that. I paid everything 2 months in advance and on the day I checked out was told I was all set, but asked for my forwarding address just in case. Well 2 months later I get a call from a collections agency say I owe them over $900 more because I didn't pay anything when I need out. I was told they sent multiple letters, but funny how I never received them. I did however get all the other forwarded mailinteresting! This corporation is shady. They get you coming and going. I'm not even going to start on the cleanliness of this place. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
I am very happy with my apartment! The apartment has a full kitchen, washer/dryer connections, tile back splash, and new oven. Plus the fitness facility has all new equipment. The property is well kept with awesome landscaped grounds. Whenever I've had a question or concern, Autumn (Property Manager), has been more than helpful. I would recommend Rosewood for anyone looking for a nice & secure place to live.
