I just want to say I've stayed with them beforeyears ago nice place. I called today and I'm told they are retired. So just and FYI to anyone else looking to book here.

Our ladies Sunday School class went for a retreat at Homestead Log Cabins. We found Debbie and her husband to be delightful and helpful. Our cabin was great and we had a fun weekend. I was sad to learn that the cabins are no longer for rent.

We spoke with the owner of this company, Debbie, yesterday because we live in an area that was talking about evacuating for Hurricane Matthew. She told us she would hold the pet friendly cabin 10 for us until 5pm the next day to allow us time to decide if we were evacuating. We called her at 1PM to tell her yes we needed the house for the weekend and she already rented it to someone else. Not good customer service in my opinion. Now my family is scrambling trying to find a place that will allow 4 adults, 3 children and 4 dogs. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
