The salesman was helpful the price was good. However, there a delivery fee which I understand to my house but there's a fee to pick up from the store! I was told the only way to avoid a delivery fee was to drive to Katy Texas to pick up. Just horrible. You're selling me furniture and you want me to pay a fee to pick it up from the store I'm shopping at!?

We bought a leaving room sectional sofa. It took three weeks to deliver and a section was missing. It took another week to get the missing section. Missing section delivered and it was damaged. The replacement is taking another month to be delivered. Very poor customer service. I will think twice if I will ever buy furniture from this store. We bought this in October and it looks like we won't have it all complete until January. This is really unsatisfactory and we paid cash for this not on credit.

The store was clean, neat, orderly and safe. The store personnel (Valerie) was very helpful and accommodating. Needed some pieces to replace some donated to Goodwill. Found reasonable pieces that were better than expected for the price I was willing to pay. Because of "Black Friday" delivery became an issue, however, was able to work out a compromise. All's well that ends well.

After the fabric on my sofa started to peal I called RTG to file a claim on our extended warranty plan. They asked me to email some pictures of the damage. Within an hour they responded and apologized for the damage and asked me to go into a showroom to select a new set. The same day I went in, picked a set and delivery of my new items was scheduled within a few days and my damaged item will be picked up. It was an easy and hassle free experience. Throughout the experience everyone I spoke to was caring and professional. I highly recommend RTG!

Great prices! No one bothers you when you shop or as you walk around. The sales people are not pushy at all! I got my bed set here and I am planning on getting most of my home furniture here as well.

We had Jeff to guide us and he was really good. Informative, straight to the point, know his prices, deals, know where to get infos, gave us our space when looking for what we need, guide us where we needed to, gave us all the options they have.
Experience with room to go and Jeff was perfect.

Very pleasant experience they allowed me to look around and shop for something I liked instead of following and hounding me to make a sale like Conns did. They were an arms length away so that if I had questions I could easily reach out. I purchased an entire living room set that I absolutely adore. Happy I went there.

BEWARE-there are NO returns. You buy it , it is yours. They do not tell you this up front. I had to ask repeatedly to find out that you cannot return the item for a restocking fee or store credit or exchange--nothing. The sales man was quite pushy and tried to get us to purchase items that we were not shopping for. I am an experienced furniture shopper. There are times that one makes a purchase and it doesn't fit in the room or go with other furniture or is uncomfortable to sit in and you want to return or exchange the item. A restocking fee is reasonable. "NO return policy" - Forget it . Also, the sales person cannot tell you when the item will be delivered or available for pick up until AFTER you make the purchase. This company is not consumer friendly. Shop elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick, one of their staff here, and without any doubt has been the best furniture buying experience just because of Patrick. The collection of furniture is average, but i would go back to this place for the customer service provided by Patrick. Please go see him next. Very helpful, professional, works with your time. 5 stars just for him. As of their furniture, I will review once I receive it.

We had some time to kill before a lunch date and went with no expectations. Lots of modern and mid-century furniture pieces with very reasonable prices. The shop employees are friendly and helpful. Ended up leaving with great dining table.

I was approved a credit line and thrilled at the thought of buying this beautiful living room set. But, the financing was outrageous. My purchase was about 2400.00, and they required a specific down payment. Wouldn't accept more. My payments would be $231.00 a month for 32 months, but can pay it off in 3 months if I choose. Also couldn't make a larger payment if I wanted to. So.it doesn't take a mathematician to figure out 32 payment at $231.00 comes to $7,392.00!!! Was this for real? I just walked outdisgusted.

Our friends bought a sofa set that we also fell in love with, so we went to Rooms to Go to buy the same set. We felt the price was fair, although our friends got a better deal. We have loved the sectional and it fits perfect with our home. My complaint is after a year some threading started to come loose on my recliner and I noticed the warranty expiring, so I called a week before it expired. I was then sent on a mission with the U.S. Military and did not actually speak with someone until 2 weeks after the warranty expired. I had proof that I called prior to the year lapse and proof that I was sent on a mission for 2 weeks. That didnt matter, they said that i did not handle the issue before the expiration, so they would not honor it. Wellnow we want a bedroom setguess whatwe WILL NOT be going there, even though they have the sleigh bed set my wife wants. You SUCK Rooms to Go and obviously are NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!!

I'm not one to complain really at all but My boyfriend and I bought beautiful furniture with an amazing deal on it. Sadly the delivery people decided to not even come and ring the doorbell or knock. I personally don't understand how hard it is to get out of a truck and ring a doorbell. We waited 5 hours (took off of work) for our furniture to come in and didn't even get it. First customer service lady was rude and didn't seem to understand why we were upset. I understand they have other places to go to but we called them back immediately and they told us it was "too late". Decided with everything we've dealt with we are just going to return it and go somewhere else to get our furniture disappointing for how much money we spent.

The store was fairly nice but the furniture was really packed in there. I was greeted by a nice young woman who said that she was the manager. I guess that she was because we kept getting interrupted by other salespeople asking her things. I told her that I was looking for a leather sofa but did not want bonded leather. The first thing she showed me was BONDED LEATHER! Once we found something that I liked she started the fast, pushy sales approach on me. The prices were okay bet the quality was not what I was looking for. She told me that it would take 2-3 weeks to get it which is strange since they have a huge warehouse in Katy Texas and it was in stock there. I went somewhere else.
