Be careful when ordering, I asked for just vanilla. The woman glaired and gave me vanilla covered with sprinkles. Along with that the tables were all coated in ice cream and the workers made it a uncomfortable environment.

I've been here a few times. The service is always great, excellent staff. The ice cream itself, nothing to rave about. Every time I've gotten something different, but I have never really been impressed. It's worth trying out, but the Quarry has a lot of great places to eat and it's hard to give this a better rating.

New to this place & really enjoyed it. They had a good variety of flavors and add-ons. The workers were friendly & had speedy service. can't forget the free samples!!

Amy's is fantastic. The service is exceptional and their staff is super friendly. They make sure you enjoy your visit and sometimes they even do tricks like throwing the ice cream way up in the air and catching it in the cup. I've never had bad ice cream from here.

This place is amazing!! Friendly staff, delicious ice cream and low prices. You have to try the Mexican Vanilla. It is wonderful!! This place is just overall incredible!!

Love the ambience! It's a very cute store with some interesting flavors. We got the banana split to share. Apparently if you get a punch card you even can earn a free shirt! The staff is super helpful and friendly as well.

Love this place. Local ice cream shop based in Austin. They have a decent variety of flavors and mixtures to create. They also have two "adult" ice cream flavors (which contain alcohol) which I never tried, but that's a cool quirk Amy's Ice Creams has. Small place that includes outdoor seating, a plus.

I just went here with my husband. I am very ill and we went here as a quick treat as I've been in the hospital for most of the past 6 months. There was not a line but stood there and waited for 15 minutes and we were never served. However the young man at the counter had a highschool age girl come up to him after we got there and he proceeded to flirt with her the duration of our wait. Even giving her free icecream. We never were even asked if we were ready though there was 2 other employees in front gossiping. We were standing right at the counter. I am abhorred by the lack of common decency, and service we received.

I've worked at amys for the past 2 years and can say I've never had a better job. I love hearing people cheer when the ice cream is tossed. I love keeping the place clean, it brings me pride. I recommend you go, and go often as the flavors change a lot. I will list my top 5 to keep your eye out for.

1. Texas Dirt Cake - Belgian chocolate cheesecake and oreo
2. Bee Cave Crunch - Mexican vanilla, cinnamon, candied pecans
3. Zilker Mint Chip - Basically the best mint chocolate chip I've ever had.
4. Mango Rose Pistachio - it is what is it and it is amazing
5. Mexican Vanilla - A species of vanilla bean grown in Mexico. It has a sweet, almost cake batter taste. All natural and goes great with everything. Best part is amys always has it.
