Will never use again!! Purchased in novemberbed was delivered with wrong parts as the workers were saying just leave it they dont want to work hard cuz its saturday.they left all wrong parts in my bedroom livingroom and diningroom. I had to wait an additional.week.to get the right parts, leaving my bed on the floor as they have already taken the box springs.2 weeks later the dresser is delivered today and it was a regular dresser instead of a gallery dresser. absolutely disgusted with the cost of the furniture and the service that was provided. Will never use again, and will make sure others domt as well.

Terrible customer service. Reps sat on living room display and conversed the entire 20 minutes I was there. Didn't and couldn't answer my question because they were talking amongst themselves. They could of made a big sale from me.

Rooms To Go is the place for great deals and nice furniture. I purchased and bed for me and my daughter and we LOVE it. The sales associate was very kind and helpful. I am in the market for more furniture and will be back at Rooms To Go very soon..

Good selection. Decent furniture. Quick checkout process. Felt a bit deceived when I learned at checkout that the $50 fabric treatment and $50 delivery that the salesman talked about weren't included in the furniture price.

Wife and I shopped different stores and we found ourselves back at Rooms to Go 3 times. We were in the market for a new bedroom set and mattress. We actually thought that not only were their prices better, but their selections were much more colorful and unique. We worked with same sales guy, Paul, each time. He allowed us to browse on every visit without any pressure what-so-ever. He was very knowledgeable about the products when we had questions, and remained patient despite our constant uncertainty. Unfortunately, after placing our order, we had to change our delivery date. Paul was off the day we called, but one of the ladies in the office quickly made the changes for us. We've had our set now for just over a month and couldn't be more pleased.
