  DO NOT RENT from THIS HERTZ. I reserved an SUV 5 months out. When I got to counter they refused to give me SUV, said there were none in all Panama. Went to Dollar and rented one instead. Dollar staff is extremely nice. But lost couple hours at Airport due to Hertz. Terrible!!!!!!!

  Service was okay but as of today I still haven't received by 200 dollar hold on my credit card.Rental was returned on the 11th of May it is now the 19th and I called Hertz corporate office who told me to call the airport where I rented and the airport said they cant release it call the corporate office to get the hold released.
  I have been working on this since May 16, with no progress made.
  Went to my bank and they said Hertz has to send them a fax releasing the 200 dollar hold.
  Why when using a Capital one credit card do I have to have A 200 dollar hold in the first place?
  Maybe booking on line with price line had something to do with it.
  Would I rent from Hertz again even with the bargain I got from price line?,NO ABSOLUTELY NOT.
  It just isn't worth the hassle plus Alamo and National let me pick out my own vehicle and usually give me free upgrades unlike Hertz.
