There was no trade-in involved, had my own financing too. This is the craziest and most frustrating car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a car, took it home, had registration and tag in my name, then the next day they called and said I didn't pay enough. Asked for $7,500 more than the price I signed for. They would not budge off the higher price. Bank was willing to pay, but my emails from them with a price and signed documents didn't match the new higher price I was being asked to pay after taking delivery of the vehicle. Told me they accidentally added the rebate twice. I didn't see it subtracted twice from the sales documents. I bet they would not have called me if I had accidentally overpaid $7500. I gladly gave them their car back since it was not an honorable transaction on their part. Bait and switch. BEWARE!

P.S. Don't trust prices in their emails either if you shop via the internet.

I like taking my class A motorhome to Ron Norris Ford in Titusville because it's very convenient and close to my home. The reason why I am only giving them four stars is because I don't think that anyone should have to wait 50 minutes before the work (oil change) begins, especially when an appointment was made the day before for a specific time. There needs to be more accountability when it comes to setting appointment times and keeping commitments to the customer, who more than likely, had to make changes to their calendar in order to be be on time.

I want to send a sincere thanks to "Bald" Mike and the crew in the service department. We were a long way from home when our new F150 started losing power. We came in unannounced and he was able to squeeze us in. Luckily, no repair was needed. It is just consuming too much oil and fouling one of the cylinders. With that understanding I modified the way we were towing and are on our way home.
Mike took the time to explain everything and I even saw him is the service bay with the tech helping check it out.
Thanks again to Ron Norris Ford and the crew. You provided excellent service today!

I had an excellent experience at the Collision Center. The staff were super friendly, and they took great care of me. I filed a claim for a new bumper and they were able to have my car ready and back on the road in just a few days. Now it looks better than ever!

Great customer service, Knowledgeable and honest technicians who will actually take a few minutes to speak to you. Reasonable prices for needed services and fair warning if you will need to address maintenance issues in the near future. Glenn was my service advisor on my most recent visit and he provided outstanding customer service just as Michael has done on my previous visits!

First impressions mean everything. Glenn was my service advisor and he didn't even bother to look up from his computer when I walked in the door. He truly acted as if he was doing me a favor and acted inconvenienced the entire time. I didn't really feel like leaving and going across town just for an oil change so I stayed and had it done anyway, but I should have just left because he didn't deserve the commission. Really, nobody that rude should work in a customer service field. I'm guessing he's part of the entitlement crowd and doesn't know what it's like to "earn" business.

A dealership shouldn't be judged based entirely on the actions of one rude person but that person IS the face of the business.

I will say the facility was very clean and comfortable, but not enough to put up with the rude service. I won't be back, and if you decide to visit the service department after reading this just remember to avoid Glenn.

The salesman I worked with and the finance person were top notch. I got a great deal on my trade and on my new vehicle. I love the hard top that the salesman picked out for my truck. I do not like their marketing flyer that was mailed to me but I am still very impressed with this place and I recommend it to anyone buying a vehicle.
