Brandon was an awesome waiter. Great food. Look forward to it every year.
not from the area but everytime I'm in the area it's the only place when it comes to Pizza in the Canaveral area I would eat plus it's worth the money in the large slices
The crust was perfect the slice was to my opinion great and well-done flaky crust it wasn't one of those thin type slices like paper had a good thickness.
We love this place. The food is always 5 stars. A great place to take family, a date night or a large party of people, they cater to everyone and do an awesome job. Keep up the great work! :-) Update: even when there is an issue, they steadfastly correct. You have to love that.
I've had good experiences each time I've been here. The pizza has always turned out fresh and delicious and the garlic knots are wonderful, as well. The only comment I would have is in regards to how long it took for us to actually receive our food, but it wasn't too big of a deal, as our family was enjoying conversing.
The housemade sauce for marinara was very good and they were accommodating for taking cheese out of my baked ziti and garlic knots. The garlic knots were OK enough, but being from Nashville, TN, I would change up the bread to something closer to our pizza place called five points pizza. The garlic bread was more like garlic rolls. They were good, but just needs to be 'tighter'? The nachos left something to he desired, as the cheese seemed to be simple grocery store shredded cheese and too well baked onto the chips instead of melted.
Placed an order last night for a medium calzone and a 10 piece. I should of known that doesn't Total out to 35.00 +. But it didn't dawn on me until I received my order and there was an 18' pizza with my order (did not request one). Called to try and fix this mistake . I ended up on the phone with the lady who took my order originally and she was just plain out rude. I tried to inform her about the miss communication, and all she did was insist that I did indeed request the pizza. If I have an intend on order 2 particular ideas, why would I say I wanted an 18' when I never did??.. she wasn't patience nor kind. As a front desk agent at a hotel where I'm close to your establishment and the amount of guest I recommend to your restaurant. I here by further will no longer send any of my guest to you a n.y pizza. Your customer service is horrible and because of your employer, I'm out 18.00. May not seem much to anyone but now a days , I must save as best as possible. Thanks for not understanding!
Tried again to see if delivery food improved. Cold pizza, mushy calamari, to where you can't even pick it up because the breading slides off, wet. Ordered at 808 pm. Arrived at 940 pm. Driver very nice, most of them we know usually. Forgot the house dressing x2 which was charged separately. Again. Each delivery, something is forgotten. Will stick with Brunos.
My friend and I decided to sit outside because of the beautiful weather. The tables weren't washed when they were bussed, therefore they were super sticky. The waiter took 5 minutes to take our order, an additional 15 minutes to get our drinks out to us and 34 minutes to bring our pizza out. I started the timer after I my mouth started to feel like sandpaper. I was staring at 4 dip pouches because people are gross & the staff isn't cleaning. I saw a guy try to change tables just to get service because he also was not receiving timely service. The party behind us was so loud, that I LITERALLY couldn't hold a conversation across the table. My friend had to switch her seat and sit next to me just to converse. If you let horrible service happen it makes me question the kitchen and the stuff we can't see. The stoner who served us made us feel unwanted and we felt cast off. He is an example of why people won't leave tips. I don't even know his name. He never told us or maybe he forgot he had one
We went here tonight. I ordered lasagna and a kids portion for my grandchild. They came back and said they didn't do a kids portion so I asked that they take my portion and cut it in half put it on two plates and bring one for me and one for her. When they brought mine out (My husband's food came out WAY before mine did) it was only half a piece, but they didn't bring My grandchild's. When we pointed that out she said she was going to go get it. She came back and said they JUST made my portion but didn't make Make my grandchild's. She said they were heating it up right ten and then walked off. I had taken a bite of mine and it was ice cold. It took us 15 more minutes to get our waitresses attention. By that time I was DONE. We told them my food was cold but not to worry about heating it up or getting our grandchild's food. At that point she said oh well, I guess the manager can take it off the billummm you think! This use to be one of my favorite places to eat but the last 3 times it's been horrible. Three strikes you're out. I've learned. Never going back and I'll try to keep everyone else from going there too.
Awesome food for a surprisingly cheap price! If we had one back home I would definitely be a regular! Relaxed service and the food is MUCH bigger than you think it is going to be.
Service was sub-par and pizza was mediocre. I ordered the pie at 8:06pm on 26 Apr 17 and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver! The receptionist who answered the phone to place the delivery order was short and disinterested in explaining the menu (realize there is no pricing listed on their website).
I was staying in a hotel and asked if the pie would be delivered to my room or the lobby and she confirmed that it would be to my room.
At the hour mark of waiting, I called back to get status on the pie and was greeted by the same disinterested employee who properly stated that it was on its way and then ended the call.
The delivery driver delivered to the lobby contrary to what I was told my the restaurant causing me to change to retrieve it.
The pie wasn't bad (and actually was still hot) but was nothing special. The placement of toppings was again haphazard with a large clump of jalapeños in the center and some slices with none.
My overall impression was that this shift was heavily manned my young employees who lacked in customer service and care factor.
I will unfortunately not me returning.
Very friendly staff. When I asked for iced tea, the server brewed A new pot so it would be fresh. Pizza was some of the best I've had, and I've eaten a substantial amount of pizza. One of my favorite foods. We ordered a full pie. Nicely cooked crispy crust. Not too thick or too thin. The sauce was delicious! Nothing to complain about at all. I absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area and would stop in again!
