Fantastic pizza and awesome, friendly staff. Had a little mix up when I ordered online and they were out of the ice cream I wanted, but they went above and beyond to make something work- from offering me cake to even going to the grocery store to get me ice cream. Love this place.

Growing up my family owned the top rated Italian restaurant in the Houston, Tx. area so i know good Italian food! I just moved in two doors down and have had carry out a few times. The food is amazing and the service is great as well! Love the place! Highly recommend!!!

The food is delicious but the service is beyond terrible. Took my 6 year old there for her birthday, and were literally the only ones there. Took 15 minutes to get water, and 45 to get our food served after we ordered. 10 minutes after food was served to get the rest of our entrees. Great food. Awful service. Skip it. Too many other good restaurants in the area

For a birthday party I needed a special pizza involving an ingredient combination that wasn't on their menu and was a little eccentric, but after contacting their staff before the big day they were in constant communication with me about how I could make my experience with them as easy and efficient as possible, and it turned out to be the best pizza experience I've ever had. The staff is so friendly, the food so good, and I cannot express enough how helpful everyone was in making the special day and event happen without any issues. They were more on top of things than I was! Thanks to Sarah and the rest of the staff, we had an amazing day accompanied by an amazing pizza!

The pizza is amazing, and the service is very good. Their crust had a lovely fire oven finish flavor and excellent texture. And their buffoon sauce is tasty on top of a pepperoni pizza. Prices are fair, and pizza sizes are larger than average. A medium is like 14 inches in diameter!

RC has been good in the past but we're done going there now. We called to place and order and were told pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. A guarantee. We got there and sat for an hour and a half before we got our food. There were four people in the kitchen and two wait staff and three tables so it wasn't busy (Sunday night), but somehow they couldn't make a pizza. When we finally did get our food it was stale and had clearly been sitting around for a while. We were very disappointed to have such a bad experience.

Locals swear the crust is sprinkled with crack. Their dough recipe is the best hands down and it's so hard to stop eating. The Candle have some unique ingredients like roasted pine nuts so expect bold flavors. I recommend take out over eating in or delivery. Try the firecracker pizza for something with zip.

Pizza is usually excellent. 2-stars because we have been disappointed with the service our past few interactions. We had an order get lost one visit, which resulted in tears for a very hungry 3 year old, with no offer to do anything about it or even just an honest apology and some hustle to fix it. Was just on hold waiting to place an order and was never picked back up. We like the pizza, but there are other places in Madison that are as good that seem to want our patronage. We'll only go if we have to.

Great selection of pizzas and assorted goodies - The Professional is especially drool-worthy - complemented by beer, wine, and ice cream from the local Chocolate Shoppe. Classic neighborhood spot.

The pizza here is very good. Easily one of the best in town. I like this location in particular compared to others as it just has a nice cozy feel.
