The reception area was clean and festive and the service was nice.
It was dirty. The heat was really low. I asked to change rooms. They said no and offered me a space heater?!. Also , i called ahead to let them know that i have a dog. ( as i booked thru priceline) i called ahead to let them know that i have a dog.said ok. No problem. So.when i get there, the owner was blaming me for not letting them know ahead of time , which i did. And he charged me an extra 20$ . Breakfast was a joke
Cheap and convenient for our quick trip. "Pet Friendly" but they had a lot to say about our coming and going with our dog.
I found this place through a 3rd party app. When I arrived they didn't have any records on my reservation, however the front desk associate was very accommodating to meet the price match and acquire my reservation. It's out dated and very basic, you are definitely getting what you are paying for. A little bit of an interesting smell, could use some fresh air and some updating.
The staff was friendly, but you pay for what you get. I didn't appreciate that the A/C in the room was not turned on prior to our arrival. It was at least 80 or 85 degrees and super stuffy.
If you are looking for a quick place to lay your head for the night, this is a good spot for the PRICE. It is located right across the street to the mall and great restaurants. And it is close to the Highway. I come here when I am in town for a quick visit.
This place is ok. A little pricy for extended stays. They don't offer weekly or monthly rates. Other than that it's pretty good for the price.
It was clean and nice. Kinda tucked away so it was fairly quiet. That was our second time staying there and if we pass through again we will definitely stay there!!
Nice friendly staff. Big bed. Only complaint was the room was cold and the baseboard radiator took forever to warm the room up
After 1:30am we were jolted out of our sleep by a repetitive pounding outside of our window for over a minute even though we ignored the knocking and did not look outside. As disturbing as this is I figured it was someone messing around or at the wrong window which is a big enough issue on it's own.
15 minutes later at nearly 2am the next knock came but this time at the door. The knocking continued as I heard a man's voice saying something along the lines of "I know you're in there I saw the lights on" and he wasn't going away. I answered the door to find a strange man, probably in his 50's, standing there with a shocked look on his face. Realizing I was obviously not who he was looking for he asked to see "the other girl in this room". I told him it was just my boyfriend and I and that we had no idea who he was looking for. After a moment he just started to walk away (thankfully), and I attempted to call for a manager at the front desk. The room phone had a completely different hotel name on it and did not connect me to anyone. I then called 5 times without the next half hour from my cell phone with no answer or way to leave a message and was not comfortable with leaving my room to go to the lobby. After searching online I have been unsuccessful at finding a way to report this concerning incident to the appropriate person other than writing this Google review.
It is absolutely ridiculous that a stranger wandering inside of the locked hotel who is not even a customer here was able to bang on the windows and door at 2am of a paying customer and that there is no way to report this in the interest of our own safety and well-being.
This man was, I'm assuming, aggressively attempting to get into my room under the impression that it was occupied by some prostitute in the middle of the night and that is a huge problem. The fact that I could not find a single way to bring this to the management's or staffs attention is negligence at best and feels completely unsafe.5t
I'd avoid staying here unless you don't mind strangers trying to get into your room in the middle of the night and no staff of option to reach staff to make them aware of something so violating. I will never stay here again and am repulsed that something like this was even possible.
Most amazing place I have ever stayed at. Got to hang with drug dealers and prostitutes all night. Probably the most litty night of my life
Put us from a room that was decent to my worst nightmare. We were put into the basement floor where the only people down there were drug dealers/users and prostitutes. And i told him (the manager) how uncomfortable my daughter was down in that room. The room itself we couldn't wear no shoes or your feet/socks would turn black. I could go on for daysbottom line, look for vacancies elsewhere.
Be very careful about making a reservation at this hotel. I made a reservation and cancelled it well before the 48 hour mark (1 week before). I got a confirmation e-mail as well. Then, a charge for the room showed up on my credit card bill. So, I went to find the e-mail to prove I cancelled the reservation and it was gone. I'm not sure if they have the capability to recall a cancellation e-mail? The front desk person was very unhelpful and they would not refund my money.
