Accommodations were spacious. Clean and well appointed. Staff was professional friendly and very helpful. I felt welcomed and taken care of.

Unreliable shuttle, poor management.
Airport shuttle never picked me up, waited over an hour at airport, the cab the hotel got me took me to the wrong hotel. 2 hours to get to hotel from airport. Shuttle never picked my up at the Epic conference either so I lost another hour there. Took Holiday Inn shuttle which was always sitting there ready for oassengers and cabbed from Holiday Inn back to Hampton. Manager offered Hilton points for my trouble but only gave half what he said he would. Mgr said he would fix other Hilton points issue and call me the next day but never did. I left this Hotel and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Verona which had above par shuttle service. So I lost another hour switching hotels. I don't give money to businesses who screw me. If you need to go to Epic or the airport, don't stay here, or at least don't rely on the shuttle or managers word. I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country and have never had such terrible negligent service as I did at this location.

Clean, modern, fresh hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful even at antisocial hours. Pool and hot tub are nicely laid out and maintained daily. Housekeeping is of a high standard, and rooms are of a great quality. A peaceful hotel, and good location for onwards travel.

Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. The front desk staff were very hospitiable. Room was spotless and smelled nice, too. And I am admittedly picky about hotels. I would stay here again.

Staff are lovely. Location is great - halfway between event location and downtown. Rooms are huge and shower is great. People in the area are really friendly. Mall and bars nearby and open 'til late. Only downside is no safe.

I had a king size room, the room was great, and the bathroom was clean. I wish they have a bar, otherwise the hotel for me was perfect

The lady who checked me in, was awesome. Her attitude and flair made my day. I'm in the hotel business as well but I rarely see such great potential and energy. Stayed from 4/28-4/29. You can be proud and happy to have her.

The staff was incredible, every single person was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. I can't recommend this place enough

Hotel is beautiful, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great service. But expensive. Had to stay for an Epic Conference and I was charge or held an extra $300 for incidentals. Credit card was charged for the 2 nights and the 3 night hold was also held to my account. A disclaimer or notification would be nice especially when on a budget.

Great service at the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very warm and clean. Breakfast was nice to have included with a wide variety of food and drink options. I would stay here again if I visit Madison again.

I had a reservation on the day I arrived. However it didn't show up at the system. I was not sure if it was cause by the staff or the computer system. Anyway, it took me like 30 mins to check in. Beside that, the staff was nice, the place was clean and looks new. The room is comfortable. but is not too sound proof. Overall it is a decent place to stay with. will go back on the next trip.
