its good for what and where it is. good rates. very friendly staff. Typical hotel breakfast that appeals to hangovers and your sweet tooth. VERY CLEAN. which is the main reason I am a return guest. The main reason I am leaving this review is because of the staff. I am extremely happy with the level of hospitality I received. Thanks guys

By far the best place we’ve stayed in Nevada. No hidden “resort fees” or “amenity charges”. Rooms are appropriate, spacious and we even have a coffee maker, and a decent sized refrigerator and microwave. Family friendly, free breakfast, heated pool and pet friendly. WiFi and good TVs, and everything has a good standard of cleaning. They also offer a rewards program when booking online. There is a bar here and a fitness room. Easy free parking and luggage transportation. They are doing everything right here.

The hotel is extremely well kept, the rooms were exceptionally clean and polished. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are not fancy but very cozy. Coffeemaker, fridge, microwave all available and very clean. The parking lot was brightly lit and the area around the hotel was well maintained. No resort fee (which we really appreciated) and free breakfast which offered a wide selection of food including warm stuff like potatoes, gravy, eggs, bacon, sausageAlso different sorts of bread, bagels, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheeseWe loved our stay and will reside here again on future trips to Vegas. By the way it took us about 20 min to get to the center of the Strip.

We enjoy staying at this location on our travels as it allows us a quick departure to the south with little traffic from the Vegas area in the morning. The hotel is top notch. Our only problem with it is that it isn’t close to restaurants. But the room is nice and clean and I love the walk in shower. The breakfast had a good selection of items. This was our third stay at this location.

Just moments away from fantastic birding destinations in Henderson. Comfy and super clean room. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staff is always friendly and professional. Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here. Also, just minutes away from Sunset Station Casino if you are inclined to spend a bit of coin.

Hidden Gem in Henderson, NV. We generally like to pick hotels off the casino grid when we travel to Las Vegas. This was a great choice. Quiet, clean rooms with great amenities. Large towels and clean, comfortable room and bed made this a nice place to spend the night as we traveled through. Far enough off the freeway to miss the crowds and noise but close enough to make the drive easy. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but everyone was friendly and we felt safe the whole time. Wide open and well lit parking area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. It is a very lovely hotel at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very clean and offer refrigerators, microwaves and in room coffee. Breakfast is included with the price and it is a very complete breakfast, lots of food item choices. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The fitness room had several options for an aerobic workout as well as weights and machines. We did not use the pool. It is a bit of a distance from the Las Vegas Strip if that is your destination. There were other casinos close by. All in all a very nice stay at a great price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hotel with courteous staff and nice amenities. How many Vegas hotels offer a free breakfast and no resort fees? You won't find that at any of the Casinos. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds are very nice. You won't mistake the place for a 5 star hotel, but it offers real value for the money and a nice quiet stay.

What I liked most about the hotel was the attention to detail. The lobby was very clean and inviting. There is a large parking lot. The room is very comfortable, the bathroom feels updated and nice. Even the small detail like the aroma of the soap and shampoo are great! And for an adult traveling with kids, the breakfast really makes this hotel a family favorite. Serious breakfast at this place. It was a great overnight stay as we passed through. Friendly staff too.

The front desk was extremely kind, both when we checked in super late and checked out that morning. The breakfast (free) was good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffle makers, as well as toast, bagels, and a breakfast cereal bar. Room was clean and everything worked. Overall a successful stay, no problems of any kind.

We checked into this hotel so we could watch motocross for the weekend. We actually got there early and they let us check in which was nice. The outside we noticed had a few homeless people but they didn't bother you and the temperature was rising and they were gone. The rooms were nice, no complaints. I would stay here again, it's quiet and off the strip but close enough if you want to go.

My stay was good, on a scale of 1 to 10 around 8. The room was very clean and was kept that way by the hotel housekeeping staff. Being a 'coffee' drinker, the housekeeper made sure I had 2 packs each day of my stay.
Location was good. Near a lot of shops and restaurants. quiet and safe area of town. nice pool and "EXCELLENT" work out facility onsite. I would recommend this hotel to travelers going to that area. Just be aware that they have 'cheap' TVsresponse / report this review -

Loved the atmosphere! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is awesome and oh so delicious. They also serve fresh homemade cookies everyday. But if you decide to stay Check out my girl Naomi at the font desk. She's super friendly and very accommodating. I would of given a 5 star review but theirs a young gentleman that works at the front desk who lacks hospitality and Customer service skills. Not sure if he's new but he's not very kid friendly either. Those are key ingredients in working for any hotel. But despite that I would still recommend Best Western Plus Henderson as an awesome place to stay!!
