Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Thank you!

This was my first experience using FTR SERVICE COMPANY to installed a tankless hot water system. Rey and his team arrived on time, was courteous, and had a great attitude, which was refreshing. Rey and his team were communicative and helpful in determining what was wrong with the old water heater, working with my home warranty, and buying and installing a new water heater. Rey was able to advise on what we needed and he helped us make decisions on how to proceed. He also found the best deal, picked up, and installed the new water heater quickly. I will use him again and I recommend FTR.

Rey came out to fix our master bathroom toilet. He communicated with us from start to finish on when we could expect him, once he arrived at our home, and once he was done. He was very friendly and worked really fast. I am extremely happy with his company’s service and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs! Highly recommend!
